I like shopping at JCP online and in the store. Mostly I love their bedding, curtains and other decorative items. There aren’t many stores around anymore but whenever I find one, I enter and enjoy my shopping experience. There is always opportunities for decor improvements.

I don’t usually make reviews, but this one is necessary! Tanaiya is the most amazing employee there ever, I needed help finding the a certain type of jean for work, I gave her a description, a range of what my size might be but wasn’t sure and a color and she found the perfect jeans on the FIRST try for me and didn’t make me seem like I was burden, she was happy to help me. Now THATS great customer service & someone who needs a raise! Checkout was perfect and quick as well without feeling rushed and she gave a sincere bye as I was leaving. She makes me want to become a regular customer again because there is finally someone who cares! Thank you!

Me and my mother went and bought invite a couple of Christmas gifts. Theremployees were really nice. Directed us to where we needed to go very clean store.
The service was good.

Comprehensive customer service five stars. Even 2 days after Christmas, there were enough staff to get in & out in a timely manner 😯😯😯. I traveled all the way from North Dallas just to go to mesquite for this JCPenney's

I need to come to JCP more often. I forgot how much nice, quality prices items they carry. They even carry hair care for people of color and I LOVE that! They have good products at great prices! They have friendly staff as well. I don’t like this mall but I will come back to shop here. They have everything including a Sephora!

Michelle was so helpful in helping me select new eye wear yesterday. She was professional and very knowledge as she has years of experience in the optical profession.

Nice store but some of the employees are rude. I brought a box back into the store they unnecessarily packaged my catalog order in because it didn't fit in my car and the employees said they couldn't take it back. I left it there anyway because I know better than she does.

JCPenney offers a huge assortment of great brands at fabulous prices. Visit them at Town East Mall in Mesquite!

I had to go and pick up some foundation in the makeup department and I ran into a girl by the name of Callie it was myself there and there was someone else there and she was very professional she was able to not only tend to what I was needing but what the other customer was as well my first impression of her is she definitely needs to be in some type of Management Field there if I would have had the money I believe she could have sold me anything in that makeup department she is excellent at her job

I had a very enjoyable experience at this store. I was in need of some clothing in the men’s department, for church. I noticed one of the employees, later named Mark, very busy in his department. I made contact with him, and explained what I needed. He stopped everything he was doing, and helped me for, at least, the next half hour. I was able to get everything I needed, and was truly thankful for Mark helping me. This store should be very proud to have an employee like Mark.

The store employees were very friendly. They saved me from having to do a lot of unnecessary walking. A very pleasant experience.

Jana is super nice, efficient and an excellent stylist. She gave me the best haircut I've had in years. I will certainly use her again.

WOW what impeccable customer service! A piece of jewelry that I purchased previously needed repairing and the fine jewelry manager Coco was the most courteous, knowledgeable, and professional representative I could have ever asked for! I wish I could give her 10 stars!! Lifetime customer here!! 🤩

Bought a new suit today , the floor staff was very helpful . Even told me the items I ujust purchased go on sale on the 6th . Bring my receipt back to the store along with any coupons I find and they will credit my account the difference. That is why I have been a cardholder since 1989.

I purchase a fair amount of jewelry from Penneys. About $1200 at Christmas. Went to return 2 items she didn't like. An associate was totally NOT helping. After 20 minutes of frustration, a manager came to help. Within a couple minutes, Sherry Edwards had the issue resolved. She saved a long time customer.
