I recently had a MTB bike break down and biking is my #1 way of improving my health and wellness. I really on quality products to stay consistent with wellness goals as advised by physicians. I had an exceptional experience in finding a great quality bike at Dick’s. Expert assembly when I arrived so the bike was perfectly tuned when I left the store. Great service and prices. I’m highly impressed with the overall experience!

Manuel at the check out desk was awesome! He was very friendly and energetic. He talked to my daughter about her sports season and made her day. Thanks Manuel!

I went in to check out the new store. Its huge and amazing. The staff is wonderful, in particular...Madyson Lopez. She was able to provide me with exceptional customer service. She was consistent with all her customers, she's an asset to your organization, and deserves a promotion/recognition.

Went to get my putter re gripped. Jeff was there to immediately assist me choose my preferred grip, and got it on my putter in 15-20 minutes. Amazing customer service from Jeff.

Noel and Cindy were very friendly and helpful when picking up my new grill.
They made pick up an easy process.
Also, when I was looking for a jump rope I was asked if I needed help by a gentleman ( I didn’t get his name ) and he actually took the time to stand there with me and hear me out on what I was looking for …
AND I was given a water bottle in this three digit heat!!

I shop here regularly and always receive very good customer service. Ive ordered online for pickup and in store, never have any issues. Glad to have them close by for all our sporting goods needs.

Bought hiking gear for hiking grands last year, a great Montana Felt hat for my husband. Everything was worn good and lasted well with a lot of use. Sales people were very helpful in the store. Plan on a return trip soon.

Every time I have visited the store the staff is super helpful. I went in today and Ray helped me get an elliptical and treadmill. The elliptical was the store model and the manager Manny worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible. Ray then Ray helped us load everything up. Couldn’t not have been happier with Ray or Manny. Thanks guys!!!

Got me a nice associate to help with a choice of Soccer klit and boom had a Hat trick and an assist in the game same day. Lovely feeling.

I was tired and had swollen ankles (cankles) and was searching for compression socks. Emily came to my rescue by walking with me right to the socks! Her friendly personality helped me forget my fatigue and aching ankles for a little while!

The person working in the front was doing an amazing job, we had a box to throw out and she came to get for us. She did not have to do that but she did. I did not catch her name but she was the young lady check customers on there way in the store Friday June 26th around 4 to 5 pm. Cashier was friendly as well so was the young lady at the shoe department asked if we needed help. However young men in the back were just talking and did not ask my wife if she needed help when reach for a product that was above here head. I got it for her and glad you had it too!

Great experience shopping at Pearland location with Manny! Helped with all of my questions and was very knowledgeable and polite! Will be coming back and referring all of my friends!

Jacqueline in the shoes department needs a raise! She knew everything about every shoe and helped me more than any specialty boutique shoe store ever has. Thank you!! Also, the girl at the cash register was so helpful.

This store is amazing! The staff is super nice and always around to help. The prices are a little high, but I understand that the employees can't change that. The employees do their best to help every single customer and meet each customer's needs including making expired coupons work, discounting merchandise, calling other stores to see if they have what I'm looking for, and providing many options like another store or ordering online. Definitely going back! You should check it out.

I would like to thank Todd the manager and the rest of the crew for making my visit excellent and very family friendly. They're professional, cordial, very courteous. Great customer service from Tori in the golf department. She made getting my driver replaced a breeze. She communicated well and kept me stress free throughout the process.

Very smooth return process, I had to bring a kayak back and Kilby went to the back and hand picked me a new one, he also proceeded to give me coupons to use on further purchases. The store manager manny was also very polite and helpful, definitely recommend this store

Called the store, spoke to Mike, I requested that he locate a baseball bat, pull it and hold it for me as they only had 1 left...He did. I drove 30 minutes to get the bat and was very very happy to find the it being held by Mike. Great job Mike. Great customer service.
