I was looking to save on my home and auto policy due to my insurance company continuing to raise my rates every year for no reason. Shopped around with multiple companies until I found Maribel Castilleja office in my area and gave them a try spoke to Ismael and he was very knowledgeable and informative of everything and walked me through all the best coverages for me. I was able to save a lot on both my home and auto.

I had to make the switch from my previous insurance company to State Farm. I was fortunate to have Ismael Lopez help. He was very understanding as to what coverages I needed to have and extremely knowledgeable when I had questions. He made sure to get me all the discounts I could qualify for and was able to break down all the information to make it easy to understand.
I was able to get both my homeowners and car insurance bundled in a quick and efficient manner.

My usual point of contact is, Ismael. He cares, is always responsive, and helpful whenever we’ve needed something. He is professional and doesn’t make me feel silly when I ask a ton of questions. Do yourself a favor and switch over to this agency. You will have an actual person helping you not a 1-800 number, which can be extremely frustrating in your time of need.
