Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dallas W - I-30 Cockrell Hill, an IHG Hotel

Perfect accommodations for our weekend business trip. My husband and I flew into Dallas and had several meetings over the course of three days. This was the perfect place and location for our trip. Our room was much larger than I anticipated. We slept great and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. It even had bacon and the freshest bananas I've ever had at a hotel. :) The staff was great. Debra in particular was very helpful and understanding of our needs and intense schedule. They serve lemonade during the day, which was perfect for the hotter than normal October weather. To top it all off they had our favorite candy at the front desk!
We definitely plan to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

There were some booking errors because of a third party booking. A great big thank you to Gene, who helped get us into our room while we sorted it out. He was super friendly and helpful! Staff at check out the next morning we're also very helpful.

When I travel I always try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. When traveling to Love Field for a next day flight I called the HIE at the Cockrell Hill location in Dallas and thankfully Debora M. answered the phone!! She went above the par to help me!! She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and most of all kind!! I wanted to take the time, which I usually don't do reviews, to let IGH and Debora know how much I appreciated her help!! Thank you!!

First time in Dallas, so I was not really sure where to stay. That being the case, I was pleasantly surprised with the choice I made. The location was well served, with many choices to dine in the evening. Another plus was that it was near to the high way which made it easier to commute in the morning. Rooms were clean with my only complaint being the bed that was too soft for my taste. The breakfast was comprehensive and definitely catered to all tastes. Would definitely stay again.

So far the stay here was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The fact that it's located right off a freeway is also a bonus. It makes it easier and more convenient to get around. My only gripe is that one of the elevators is sometimes out of service.

So this Holiday inn express has become our little staycation location. We probably stay here at least 12 times a year. It has always has always been clean (with exception of the hot tub. The tiles…could use some love), plenty of parking, super nice staff, the complimentary breakfast is nothing fancy but it is good, the indoor pool and hot tub is awesome especially if you have kids with you, and the location puts you in the middle of everything. If you join their “club” you get some great perks as well. Definitely would and have recommended this one to all our family when they visit.

I didn't stay but just worked inside looks to be a very clean place I would stay here if I needed a room

I recently enjoyed their hospitality during multiple days. The gym equipment used was sanitized after each visit. Their lobby was airy, well lit, inviting, and always smelled ready for a fresh, new guest experience. Breakfast was similar to previous stays at Holiday Inns, but never left me without a hunger based on scent and plate, not to mention taste. The parking lot was well lit and being watched regularly for patron management with local police patroling frequently. I would recommend this location to any traveler for a fine stay whether overnight or extended.

Debora checked my husband and I in, and her service is welcoming! She is so nice and gave us a quick rundown of the place. She offered to sign us up for a membership and told us the great perks! We are now NEW members of IHG, and the rooms were spotless!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The room was very large and super clean! We slept so good on the super comfy king bed! Breakfast was delicious and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here next time we're in Dallas!! Thanks for a quality hotel visit!

I loved it. It was in a nice location. There's restaurants and stores not far from it.

I would like to congratulate the employee Neri Cabrera, a super attentive person. very hard working, helps out with anything you need. very polite and friendly . one of the best workers on the staff.

The manager on duty was very Welcoming!!!! This was a Greattt 2 day stay!!!! Very Peaceful!!! And the shower OMG!!! PERFECT walk in shower.... it was huge!!!😃😃😃😃😃 the shower head was Great I turned it to massage (the water was beating my back like a pair of hands)
Whewww it felt Gooddd!!! Didn't want to get out...LMAOOO!!!😁😁😄the bed was sooo comfy(King)

Clean everything! Easy parking. Plenty of security lighting. The breakfast had plenty of healthy options to choose from. The hotel was also very conscientious of pandemic concerns. It is very conveniently located to the highway so it is easy to get to all parts of Dallas, especially downtown without paying downtown prices. Plenty of restaurants around as well. I would stay here again.

Good location with plenty of places to eat, shop, etc within walking distance. Room was big and clean! Free breakfast layout is one of the best that I've ever seen at any motel. Monica & the rest of the staff was very courteous! Thanks for a very relaxing stay!

Good enough experience during COVID. Provisions were made and efforts to still provide breakfast in a mindful manner and indoor pool was open (which is great, no safer place than a pool filled with chlorinated water ;-) to reduce anxiety and stress). Staff was extremely friendly and touchless check in and out worked. Room was spotless, can't vouch for sanitizing and did my own. The bed was phenomenally comfortable and all services worked great. Water was hot, fully supplied bathroom and little coffee machine, fridge, micro as well as nice TV. Location close to a few stores and a couple of chain eateries and fast food. Instant access to highway to get anywhere around town pretty quickly also. Though I prefer not to travel, definitely would return.

This place was up to par. I had no problems checking. Destiny and Jimena were at the front desk and made sure I felt at home. Room was clean and spacious. It is literally next to everything(Walmart,Ross,Starbucks etc). I would stay here again

I recently held my bridal shower there in the small venue that they have to offer. It was very clean, very organized, and it came included with a lot of stuff like chairs and table cloths Which was a super big help and a big bonus! Paola was amazing from the very beginning. She was so attentive with the planning and really went out of her way with making everything come together. Front desk staff was also very informative and professional. Thank you all so much, would definitely recommend!

Great hospitality.

Great room. Very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Only complaint is the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, but once you open the door, the humidity clears out very quickly.

Great location. Many restaurants nearby. Plus convenient to Dallas and Arlington.

The room was nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We went swimming in the indoor pool and it was amazing. Slept so great after a swim. Definitely going to have another stay again!
