Travis Ford at the 809 Loop 337, New Braunfels location is a man with amazing values and cares about his customers. He immeasurably helped some soon to be stranded teachers and students and I don't have enough words to say how thankful and blessed I am by his kindness today!!! Incredible experience that I will have to pay forward someday!

I was at the store on 337 as soon as the doors opened this morning and I had amazing service from Brian Ford. He went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable and very helpful with testing my vehicle. And not only did he confirm I needed my battery replaced he quickly processed my warranty replacement. And he removed my bad battery and put the new one in for me. And I know from experience that's not something he had to do. Wonderful service and a very happy customer 😀

This is my second time going to this location because of my battery dying and having to come in and replace it. Both times i have been helped by Trevor as he helped me pick out the perfect battery and helped me replace the battery. The customer service was fantastic and it was done so fast thanks to Trevor. 10/10 would come again for any car troubles in the future.

Brian is amazing. He is the kind of person i want working for me. He helped me with my car battery and a bunch of other stuff. Take care of him or I’ll try to steal him to work for my company. 5 stars!

The guys here are so helpful! I bought a battery months ago and was having issues. Scott was very kind and found that my connector was not holding in place. He helped fixed the connection and was kind enough to explain the issue along the way. Thanks Scott!

Scott Higgins was wonderful! Excellent customer service and stellar personality! He answered all my questions and helped me get new headlight bulbs installed even though it was a tricky job. I will come back again for sure!

Had engine light going off on a 2011 Corolla so took it to AutoZone and Scott Robbins came out to help and hook up the computer and get us the part needed and even instructed us on how to replace the oil for the spark plug and lent us the tools. What more could you ask for. He was very nice and helpful. Had a great attitude definitely a benefit to the company. It is the AutoZone on 337 in new Braunfels

Scott and Travis are the absolute BEST!! Helped us out so so much in below freezing weather. They were extremely kind and super helpful, going into car places is always super intimidating but they didn’t make it feel that way at all! Will def come back here for all car needs.

My car battery was giving me some serious issues, and of course it was a busy day. I didn’t have really have to time to get it fixed, but it had to happen. Talked with Dylan D. and he was able to get my battery switched out and get me on my way in 20 minutes. That’s from the time I walked in to the time I was leaving! Not only was he extremely proficient, he answered my million and one questions about the “weird thing” on top of my battery. This was back in September, but wanted to make sure the store and Dylan get credit for being awesome!

Every time I go in there the staff is always super helpful, super friendly. Scott in particular went out of his way to deliver a part to me and I couldn't be more grateful.

Dylan's expertise guided me in choosing the right battery, and his patience and kindness during the old battery replacement were exceptional. He meticulously tested the liquid to distinguish between battery acid and water, providing a thorough explanation of the significance of yellow and pink colors. Lastly, he conducted a successful alternator test, assuring its functionality with green colors.

I like this location, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I visited close to the end of the day and I expected to encounter frustrated employees but thankfully that was not the case. Jacob was very nice and even helped me open my purchase so I can install it right away. ****update went in today Paul helped me out, he was very friendly & extremely helpful. He changed out the bulbs on both my headlights. Great employees at this location!

It's wonderful staff came to where I was and jumped my battery so could drive to the store to buy a new battery. But when I got there they checked my battery and said it was fine. "I don't want to sell you a new battery if you don't need one." AutoZone is my supply store from now on. Thank Y'all so much.

Travis was an amazing help figuring out the problem with my battery and helping me repair it. They were out of stock at that location for the battery I wanted, so he helped me find a location nearby. Fast, friendly service. Travis is awesome!
