Quality Inn & Suites North Richland Hills

Management is AMAZING! The front girls are very accommodating. When i stayed the first time i was alone with my little one and she made sure to put me close to the front in case i needed anything. The rooms are VERY clean and beds are very comfortable. This last time i stayed the owner was more than generous he was very accommodating in light of the current economic disaster and me losing my job he gave us a very good rate. I was more than happy with every time i stayed at this establishment and i will return just to see this staff.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Every employee was very welcoming. As well as the owners. It was extremely clean and they gave us room service and cleaned our room while we were out and about. My husband and I loved it so much that we extended our stay. Breakfast was perfect. We had hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, and orange juice). We also used the gym and pool, which felt like home. We stained there for a weekend at six flags which was only 18 minutes away and 3 minutes away from the mall. I will definitely be coming back here. Thanks you Quality Inn & Suites for making my husband and I feel like home on our Father's Day weekend.

Our room was very clean and inviting! The guys at the front desk were super friendly and welcomed us to the area. Breakfast was pretty limited: just cereal, juice, coffee, and Little Debbie's. Even tho the hotel was right on the highway we couldn't hear the traffic. Slept very well!

Great stay! Front desk, and maintenance were kind, room was clean, comfy beds, hot shower, and free breakfast!! Great experience at a very inexpensive price point. I have to admit we were leary after reading some reviews, not sure what others were complaining about! Would stay again :)

Wonderful hotel. I was there for conference from Philadelphia. Our room was nice and the location is great. The STAFF made our stay super special though! Everyone is so friendly, always smiling, and very helpful. Special shout out to the restaurant manager, who went out of his way to find my lost phone and personally deliver to my room. Thanks!! We are finishing up a 17 day vacation staying in multiple room through out the UNITED states and this one was one of the best they where real reasonable with the price we paid 99 a night for a king suite that also had 2 queen beds on the other room. This one one room 2 bedroom one bath and a kitchenette with a stove top. One bad thing there was no dishes to use but oh well. The pool hot tub area was nice warm and cleaned also the laundry room for guest was good the washer and dryer were free to use

We missed our connection from DFW to our end destination and received an airplane voucher to stay at this Quality Inn & Suites. First, we are really impressed by the customer service provided by Yogi and Teresa. There must have been at least 10 people waiting for rooms at midnight, yet I could see each individual person receive a VIP level of treatment with regards to the accommodation and even assistance with the travel back to DFW airport! I can see the front staff really enjoys what they do and helping people. Definitely the best service/enthusiasm I’ve seen at this time at any of the dozens of hotels I’ve stayed throughout the country. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Seems like a nice getaway.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Towels and bathroom were clean, nothing scary. The manager went above and beyond for us. We got delayed by an airline and had to get back to the airport but construction had closed our exit. He drove us around for a half hour looking for the right way! The people here take a very clean, comfortable hotel to a five star!

Great firm beds. I slept like a baby. The next morning the manager was greeting everyone, check on their stay, and encouraging breakfast. We showed up for breakfast a few minutes before closing. We expected to eat what was left. But the manager insisted the cook make more food and me and the kids enjoy. He was very nice. Afterwards we went back to the room and started carrying bags to car and he was asking everyone if they had breakfast. He stopped and made sure we had plenty to eat and offered for my kids to stay and swim, after checkout. He said it was to beautiful of a day to not enjoy it. We let the kids swim and then continued our journey. We will definitely stay here if we are in the area or within 45 min drive.

My sister & I had to make an emergency trip and got held up at DFW due to weather delay. We were so lucky they sent us to Quality Inn. Everyone from the shuttle driver to the lady who checked us in on the night shift were so patient with us. We were very stressed due to the delay. The morning shuttle was scheduled to leave at 7 and the breakfast didn't start til 7. But they had it all ready in time for us to grab a bite before we left. And it was REALLY GOOD! The room was super clean, the bed was great. I can't thank everyone enough for taking such good care of us.

This quality inn is 100% the best quality inn I have ever stayed in. During this COVID-19 pandemic we have been forced to think of those we love before ourselves. We stayed at this hotel after driving more than 12 hours due to concerns that we had been out in public we chose to stay at this wonderful hotel. The innkeeper understood the paws that we took before going to our home which is less than a mile from this hotel to keep the elderly family members safer At our home. Amazing showers!!! Everyone be safe! Think of others.

Stayed here for the night after a missed flight. The front was a breathe of fresh air, happy and willing to help. He quickly got me a room and told me where to go. Followed up the next morning with a decent breakfast and a shuttle to the airport. Great experience for the night.

American Airlines put us up here due to flight delays and missed connections. We don't usually stay at two star hotels. The hotel was clean and appropriately furnished. David at the front desk was cordial and helpful, even though he was in his second uninterrupted shift. He was covering for an absent employee. The hotel's shuttle efficiently transported us to and from the airport. We would stay here again.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed the pool, the room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was great. Our room had a little bit of a mildew type smell to it. It wasn't terrible. Other than that small issue it was a great stay and I would definitely go back.

The breakfast is AMAZING!! Michelle makes the food nice and fresh! I came very late and the breakfast was still completely full of fresh, warm and cold, selection!
The room was great! Parking is plenty! Free laundry just got to get soap and you can buy it from front desk!
Front desk staff was very professional and friendly and was able to tell me of nearby mall and places to eat! Everyone I encountered made sure to greet me which was nice!
I think I've found where I will be returning to every time I visit the North Richland Hills/Hurst area!

We missed a connecting flight and had to stay the night with our 10 month old baby. Very helpful staff. The manager drove my husband to Walgreens to get more diapers because we only had 2 left and now another full day of travel. Nice rooms, clean and comfortable.

Nice compared to most Quality Inns with outdoor entries. Remember, outdoor entries can be safer because cameras can see better!..and your car is clearly visible only steps from your hotel door. Everything worked here! Often, things don't work, lights, something. This one- everything worked nicely! Great breakfast.!!!
Friendly staff!!!

This the cleanest, and nicest quality inn I have stayed at. My work has put me up in some pretty shifty budget hotels. This is not one of them. My room was clean, it’s quite (other than the freeway noise), the staff is friendly. Akhil was always very accommodating of any requests that I had. I couldn’t see his face, but I am sure he had a smile on. One note-due to covid there is just packaged pastries for breakfast along with coffee and juice. And housekeeping must be requested (covid), request it early and ask to be the first room cleaned (the housekeeper works odd hours), anyway I stayed here for 5 weeks and it was great.

The hotel is located ideally between DFW and Fort Worth and provides excellent experience. The new owners have done fabulous job providing customer service - including free shuttle service to/from airport.
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly.
Recommended place to stay for your visit.

The Quality Inn at Battleboro North Carolina was very nice. We had a great night sleep, very good breakfast, and a refreshing swim in the pool. The only thing I could say that wasn't good was the smell of manure on the ground outside. Other than that everything was A+. Only wish we had checked in sooner, nicest hotel stay yet, of the ones that were on sale with coupons - found at the rest stops - Nice workers also. We certainly hope to stay there again in the future. Good job!
