New management seems to be cleaning it up. Roads were just fixed and place feels secure.

You do most of the stuff online which is good.

Good price. Alfonso was super nice and easy to work with.

Property clean with wide drive ways. Personal very helpful with account of late husband.

Pleasant and couteous management . They went the extra mile to insure my belongings were safe.

Phone service is great ladies are very helpful and very nice.. I’m only leaving a review because a few days ago there was a break in and locks were broken.. we were asked to take our own lock as they put a facility lock to secure our unit.. we were told that once we had a personal lock they would remove theirs so we could see if our items were missing and proceed to file a police report and so on.. its been more than a week that i did as they said and put my lock on my unit and they still haven’t removed theirs at this point im frustrated because they said their manager will stop by and remove it, that only tells me manager doesn't swing by as often as he/she should!! this is such a frustrating situation because i need to get some things out my unit and i havent been able too!!

Cheap and dirty ,but for what we have stored ,it works. They don't have an office. Everything is online or phone, but real people answer the calls.

There is no human contact. They are cheap,,,, but you get what you pay for.

I'm editing my review and adding a star because they have updated the cameras and really have been trying to secure the place better. People keep cutting the fence and I know they can't help that, but they have been trying and I think they deserve some credit for that.

I am amazed that my stuff is still here. Security is non-existent and the place has been broken into I can't say how many times. They barely have cameras that they just replace because they were disabled along with the gate keypad. Thave no office that's ever open. Everything is over the phone or on the internet and it's overpriced for what it is. Somebody's always cutting a fence or they just leave the gate open. I'm getting out of here as soon as I can.
