My family that means the world to me. Would like to take a moment to say how much your realitor Julie Gezella means to us. She has handled not 1 but 2 home purchases for us. She is also working with a close family friend on his first home. My husband and I have purchased and sold a couple of house in our life. Worst rental experience in my life!! BEWARE of the rental “home” on Paisano Street!!!! Once you move in, Berkshire Hathaway has NOTHING to do with the home or how owners treat you! They will show up at your house and cuss at you in front of your children if you don’t answer a phone call (Im serious)!!
They don’t want to fix anything when you report issues but will blame you for things that were already damaged! They will harass you to move out, even when they have been paid!! Nightmare experience!!! Make sure you take photos and inventory anything damaged or you’ll be blamed at the end of your lease.
