Very clean and well organized location. This was my first time visiting and I thought to myself, “why haven’t I visited this place before?” The location and parking is convenient. The service is great. Everyone was very warm in their welcome and eager to assist. Great vibe that makes me want to come back. I recommend.

While fixing up Mom's house: was VERY impressed with service, expertise, kind suggestions (that would actually WORK) for my odd projects.

Very fast in and out (MUCH faster than big box stores). More helpers per square foot than any hardware store I've been to. Has good plumbing supplies and every little odd and end u could ever imagine. More of a local feel.

Helpers don't make u feel stupid for not knowing everything handyman. Checkout was FAST and friendly and helpful too. I've been to A LOT of these stores over the last 50 years and this joint may be the best or second best I've been to.

CON: parking lot was very busy and crowded so go slow and park as soon as u turn in. Watch for peds.

Made 3 trips today and each time received excellent customer service. These guts really know what's up when it comes to nuts and bolts. Sent me home each time with exactly what I needed. Me not knowing what I was doing resulted in making 3 trips but at the end of the day my project is finished and iam happy.

This is a great store, with almost everything you need for projects at home. CJ was absolutely amazing today--I had a little repair of a roller bag that required some metric hex bolts, washers, some adhesive, et cetera, and CJ made sure that I got what I needed and even helped me in the store put the bolts in place! Awesome--thanks, CJ, I'll be back!

This is the place for your home needs. Just the employee customer ratio is phenomenal. Outstanding service and they treat you right. They take care of their customer. They don't wait for you to come find them Pretty much it's like home Depot, Lowe's together . But satisfying and I paid less than home Depot. Just like anywhere else check what they have first and then go

I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent selection of canning supplies! Not only a great place for general project needs.. but also some interesting gift ideas ;) The staff was patient and approachable. I think this will be my go-to hardware store for awhile.

They have an excellent assortment of bolts nuts screws and washers.

Excellent place to get all your tools and other needs for your next project. Good prices and helpful staff. Can get busy at times but they do an awesome job of keeping the line moving. Definitely recommend!!!

I was struggling to find what I needed, an employee very quickly noticed and came to help. I explained that I needed the stuff to patch the holes in my wall, and the stuff to drill holes at my next place he told me where all the tools I would need would be, I then gave him a shard of the paint I need and he whipped up a sample size of the exact color!

They have almost everything I need 90% of the time saving me from having to go to Lowes!

I came here and talked to Kyle. He was so helpful and kind and was very knowledgeable.

The man working in the nuts and bolts section today showed me the best hardware store experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out with exactly what I needed to save my project in less than 5 minutes, knowing I had the perfect hardware for the job. For as long as I live in salt lake I’ll come to this Ace, just because of him! He is brilliant!

A few months ago I needed a jump start for my car. I asked if anyone could help. This kid working there (I think his name was Kenneth) offered to help me, and not only that but had to buy jumper cables for his jeep in order to do that. I was very thankful.

This place is fantastic. Wonderful selection of high quality items and amazing service. On a recent visit, I walked in with an odd switch I needed a bolt for. I was amazed by the service, I was ready to dig through a bunch of little bins for what I needed. An employee examined the part, took an interest and sought out a working solution. Above and beyond and appreciated. Thank you!

I came into the store located on 400 in SLC with an important mission to fix something for a client of mine. My client was flying out that same evening and I needed to find a few parts to replace the handle on her suitcase. I needed both the tools and parts.

When I arrived I was confused about what it was that I needed and was greeted by Vincent. He was understand, listened to my project details and found the perfect fit products to complete the task.

Vincent is a knowledgeable, helpful human with a servants heart. I appreciate the service that he provided me with more than I can express in words!

Kudos to the SM for finding top talent, bringing them on your team and training them to go above and beyond. I know that now more than ever finding awesome employees is hard. Your location was well staffed with a team that worked well together and was client focused.

The employee named Bryan helped me get new keys today and was super helpful. Very friendly and really knew his stuff. I really appreciated this and will be back when I need a new key fob.

I usually only review if I think a place is extra bad or extra good. This Ace was extra good. A lot of employees on a Saturday to help me find what I need. I had 4 different people help.
