Anderson- Clayton and Gonzales funeral home made a very heartbreaking and emotional time for family much easier to deal with the final arrangements of our loved ones.
My dad passed away Oct 2020 and this funeral was my choice because of how they handled my friends dad during their time. I had no second thoughts of who would be taking care of my loved ones when the time came. My mom passed away only a month ago April 2024 and again no second thoughts on who I wanted to care for her.
If you want a personal, no pressure or guilt experience these amazing people are the ones to consider. They treated my mom and dad with complete respect and care from the time they picked them up from their place of passing until thei final arrangements were completed.
They made a difficult time as stress free as could possibly be.

From beginning to end Jackie was very patient with us. When we came to make the initial arrangements there were several times I needed to pause due to sadness and she let me take as much time as I needed. My mom looked perfect. The staff was awesome, caring, and understanding. When there was an issue it was resolved immediately. They walked us through every step of the way. I would recommend the facility to anyone who asks. Thank you to the team who cared for my mom.

I lost my daddy at the beginning of the year. It was sudden and unexpected and shook me to my core. To say I was numb would be an understatement, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Keith was our funeral director and hands down the BEST I’ve ever worked with. He was very nice, supportive, and never once tried to push anything I wasn’t comfortable with and only gave us ideas as to what worked better in his experience. The whole staff made this terrible time in my life so much easier and as smoothly as it could have possibly been, and we’re so patient with me through out every step. Can’t recommend them enough!

I can't say enough about the service we received from Keith. He was so kind, compassionate and accommodating. He met with us as a family a day after my Mother's passing to help walk us through everything. Although my mother pre-planned her services she had a few changes in mind that we had questions about. Keith never made us feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything in great detail and was fully transparent every step of the way. He made sure that we were pleased with every decision and we felt so comfortable working with him under such unexpected circumstances.

When looking at venues for our father’s memorial service we came across Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral home and immediately knew this was the place. Keith (our funeral director) was not only with us to plan arrangements but was also present the day of our father’s memorial. Keith is incredibly detailed, efficient, charismatic and the best person to trust during these unfortunate circumstances. He made every step of the process as easy as you can imagine, answered every question, or concern we had thoroughly and simple. They took care of everything including cremation, assuring dad was in great hands. Our mother, although grieving, was completely content the next morning after the service. She spoke about her wonderful experience; how professional and easy everything went. We knew dad was happy with how everything turned out and that was the most important part for us, to celebrate the man he was and will forever be in our hearts. My father recently passed and this is the first time I've ever had to handle a situation like this. I was terrified. I spoke with Keith and Terry starting before he passed and they made me feel so much more comfortable and secure in the decisions I was having to make. Keith assisted my family with everything and we all loved him. He made the whole operation as nice as planning and having funeral can possibly be. I highly recommend them and will actually plan for several more funerals ahead of time now. They handled every aspect of this process, such as my dad being a veteran and the life insurance to death certificates and placement at the National Cemetery, flowers, urn, music, Pastor, and just every beautiful part. Everyone said what a beautiful service it was. They definitely gave my dad the service he deserved. Just a wonderful, compassionate, and knowledgeable group of people that made a devastating situation easy.

We found Anderson-Clayton-Gonzalez Funeral Home online. We decided to visit based on its high reviews. We walked in mid-morning without an appointment. Although Keith Reed was getting ready to leave the building, he stayed all day to help us (past closing time). Trying to plan memorial services is very daunting and difficult. Keith made this process so easy. His years of experience, professionalism, care, and understanding cannot be understated. We felt so comfortable (like family) and were assured of the care our loved one would receive. We talked and even laughed as Keith guided us through the process, explaining everything in detail. You never want to be at a funeral home unexpectedly as my family and I made arrangements for my wife. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated during a very trying time. But Keith Reed and the staff made the situation as comfortable and pain-free as possible. My daughter's and I were taken step by step by Keith through all the choices/decisions we had to make, and they were explained in full detail. There were no surprises whatsoever. I truly believe that their professionalism is unmatched. Keith Reed made my wife’s service a wonderful experience. I had forgotten all that we had picked out for our pre-arraigned cremation service back in 2016. Keith lead us thru the the arraignment and gave us new ideas of how to honor my precious wife. He is a very caring person and valuable in job position. From my very first phone call to Terry, to inquire about arrangements for my Dad's sudden passing, I knew everything would be alright. The whole team were accommodating and professional in handling the funeral of my dad. Although my dad had pre-arrange the funeral it was still a very difficult and challenging time for our family. We were given many options and suggestions which were very helpful. From our first call to the end. everything went very smoothly and took a lot of stress off our family. I want to thank Keith and Karen for their amazing customer service, they're wonderful. We sadly, said good-bye to our grandmother and this was a very emotional and hard time for everyone in our family. So having Keith assistant us they way he did was incredible, that comfort of knowing anything we needed Keith was a phone call away. He is so sweet and a very caring person especially, in a time like this when you need kind people around. I highly recommend them, they did again an amazing job on my grandmother's final good- bye. Don't even know where to begin. To say Keith Reed is amazing would be an understatement! We first met Keith when we buried my mother and he was nothing but attentive and listened to our needs. Never any pressure! EVER! When my wife's mother recently passed away, we immediately knew which funeral home we would call and requested to have Keith Reed take care of our needs. Again, nothing but a positive experience. My wife and her brother sat with him and really hadn't discussed any arrangements. He allowed them time to discuss their thoughts, concerns and wishes and then gave options. He took so much time with them until they came to an agreement and were both happy with the outcome. Then, both of our families came in and joined in on the selection of urns, programs, obituary, etc. He has been more than patient when we've called and asked questions and even asked to change somethings, and not to their advantage. In all his dealings his faith was evident, which was very important to our family. Thank you Anderson Clayton and a Special Thank You to Keith Reed, for helping us through a very difficult time. My Father was buried this week. From the moment we walked in the door, we were taken such good care if by Keith, as well as the staff at the funeral home. Keith went out of his way to make multiple phone calls to this place and that place to get what we needed. He spent 5 hours with my mom and siblings to ensure that we chose everything we wanted, and got everything we needed for my Father. We are utterly grateful from the bottom of ours hearts for this man. He gave my mom and us so much ease at this difficult time. He did an awesome job with timing all 3 days, and escorted my mom at church. Keith, thank you so much for everything you did for us. We will never forget you!

Terry and his staff not only took excellent care of our loved one, but also our family. They were caring and considerate of our needs and requests. They took as much stress away as was possible so that the family could focus on grieving and honoring our Mother. The facilities are comforting, accommodating, and beautiful. Further, their expertise was tested when our area was hit with the “once in a thousand year” flooding that occurred on the day my Mother’s church service and burial were scheduled. Terry made the best of an extremely difficult situation and it all worked out beautifully. I definitely recommend Terry Edgar and his team at Anderson Clayton Gonzales.

I have just loss my mom 4 months ago and that was hard Keith was amazing to help with all arrangements that were needed. Last week I loss my Dad too, I had to go back in and Terry and Keith helped out so much words can not explain. Still healing from my mothers death. This funeral service they helped with was beyond my dad was veteran Keith and Terry made the visitation and service absolutely beautiful. They went above and beyond to honor all my dads wishes. Because I was not there emotionally Keith took pictures or the military’s salute and sent them to me. I’m so great full for them. The little things they did made a big impact to me! I’m truly great full for there comfort they gave me and my family.

I can not thank the staff enough for making an extremely stressful and confusing time so much easier for my family. Keith Reed was a blessing. His kindness, compassion and attention to detail was above all expectations. Going the extra mile to make sure my World War II veteran Grandfather was given full Military honors was something my family appreciated more than words can say. Sitting down with Terry and having him explain the steps we needed to take, with no rush, .... giving us the time we needed to think and make decisions ... was appreciated. Having Keith there each step of the way, available immediately when we had any questions, did not feel like customer service, it felt like he was taking care of his family.
