I literally saved over $25.00... this store is actually neat and clean. Staff is always busy working but are very attentive to detail and helpful!!❤ I also earned an additional 15% off at the register (same day) for signing up plus $5.00 for joining!!

Great place to find nice stuff at great prices

This is a nice store that has been rearranged with lots of choices. They have a very large furniture selection and the employees are always working very hard and never just standing around looking at their phones. It's a good place to go to grab a necessity quick without dealing with huge crowds and over-pricing.

I went there to try the new place and I found everything I needed, I will visit them again, I always enjoy going there and the cashiers are always helpful.

They recently remodeled inside so it's going to look like a different store. They are still trying to maneuver merchandise around and adjusting to the new set up, so bear with them. Big Lots is always good for the under-the-radar buys and products! Always an underrated place!

This is the Big Lots on Forest Lane. I shop Big Lots in various locations to find items that I run out of at my local store. I was looking for one that still had the IBC Black Cherry soda that is so good and the Old World sauerkraut that is delicious and packed in glass. They had a promotion that day of a special discount to their already low prices when I ordered online, paid online, and picked it up in the store. Moreover, that way I was sure I would get the items I wanted and they were not out of stock. This store was the largest one I've been to in this chain in this area. Very clean and very well managed.

It's like a poor man's Pier One, or maybe World Market if World Market wore overalls and lived out in the sticks...and visited the city on occasion. I appreciate the random assortment of dry food products by companies I've never heard of. it's the lazy person's adventure spot.

Big Lots - Wow! I walked in & Wow I thought - I should've gotten my furn here. Dang it! K was really searching 5 Miles, FB, Salvation Army too. Here n my backyard. Clean, great prices on food snacks etc a little bit of Everything you need is here

Still a good store, hadn't shopped there in years, saw it ran in "IT'S STILL A GOOD STORE" NOW HAVE A LOT MORE FURNITURE and great deals

This location has really "beefed" up the store. Aisles are larger, selection has continually improved and their service can't be beat! Let me share a "blonde story" (and yes, I'm referring to myself).
I went to Big Lots on August 17th. Found everything I was looking for and, course items, that I didn't know I was looking for LOL. Anyway, one of the items I had placed in my cart was a new, large cookie tray. At checkout I told the cashier that he didn't need to try to sack the item. I put it in my cart, standing up and proceeded to my auto. Yep, I forgot to take it out and put it in my trunk. When I got home is when I realized what I'd done.
I went back to the Big Lots the next day, receipt in hand and asked to speak to the Manager. When he came to the front and I explained what had happened...he knew exactly what had happened; he'd brought the cart back into the store! With a wonderful smile and an escort to the aisle the cookie trays were on we chatted, I got my replacement tray and was on my way! What wonderful customer service! Those of you in the service industry need to model yourself after this manager!
I'll shop at Big Lots over and over again because of this experience!

Really friendly service here. Cashier was awesome! Signed me up for their rewards program. They've got some great stuff! Great prices, too.

I only go there for the Sparkling Ice Water. They always have it stocked with a good assortment of flavors. And the best prices in town at 75 cents!

I adore Big Lots but they closed all three of the locations which were close enough for me to shop every week. It now takes me 30 minutes or much more to get to shop at Big Lots. I now only get to shop at one when I happen to be in a neighborhood which still has a Big Lots.

Not a bad location. Fairly well stocked and the staff was wearing masks. They were also nice and were joking around at the front of the store.

Nice place to shop & they always send coupons to my email.
