I had an easy time getting my warranty replacement with Sergio, he helped with the transfer of information as well

I came in one minute before closing and the young man large build about late 20s early 30s went above and beyond in helping me RETURN my T-Mobile 5G Home router.

The fact that I was no longer a customer and the fact that he stayed 20-30 minutes AFTER they had closed to help me means SO MUCH in a world where customer service is essentially non-existent.

He deserves a raise and left an excellent impression on me.

Sergio was very helpful both times I have visited. That’s definitely my favorite location. Very friendly and clean store also.

I went in and had a big issue with one of the sales people there that screwed up my plan and didn’t honor a deal of a credited phone if I switched plans. THE STORE MANAGER MAYRA resolved the issue and made sure it all got fixed! My husband was ready to go to another phone provider after 15 years! I’m about to pay off a device and buy another for another one of my kids and I’m going to request only MAYRA help me from now on!!!

My experience with Vanessa and her colleague (male forgot his name) was nothing less than completely satisfied!! After 17 years I have switched over to Spectrum mobile, as of today!! But the service at this location was amazing! Keep up the hard work!

I stop going to this location years ago due to the terrible customer service. I was in the area and needed a screen protector for my new phone. It was almost closing time, Higinia was the best! She helped me with my screen protector and gave me helpful information based on her experience with the phone. By the conversation, you can see that she enjoys what she does 😊

I came to this store to exchange a phone and Julio was the person that took care of me. He was very polite , helpful, and friendly always had a smile and explained to me everything step by step. As for the rest of the crew here they ladies were also very friendly and polite and helping customers immediately. In and out fast... 100% recommend coming here to this store.

This is the only Tmobile store I'll visit from now on because of Javier and Karen. I had the pleasure of having them help me and start to finish was seamless, quick and positive. Javier is so helpful and had the answer to every one of my questions. He is truly an amazing guy! Thank you Javier and Karen for making the process enjoyable. Great service by the morning staff. They were both polite and attentive as soon as you walk in the door even when they both had some customers. The gentleman listen to the things i wanted on a phone and gave me options on phones and made suggestions. They both made the process easy and smooth I highly recommend this store. Yall have a great staff and their customer service was impeccable.

This location staff was professional and assisted me with a phone insurance claim. I arrived at this location shortly after 5PM and stayed until after 8PM. Assurant, the phone claim company was giving me a hard time filing and approving my claim and the workers vouched for me and verified everything about my phone in their system for the company. Special shout out and Thanks to Javier and the team for assisting in rectifying the issue. I would highly recommend this location.

I went into the store and was greeted by everyone, although they were all assisting others. As soon as Ismael finished one customer, he immediately serviced my daughter and I. I spoke about having a speaker to put in my business and Because he listened so well, he acknowledged it and suggested transferring my personal account into a business account. I had never knew anything about T-Mobile business accounts. Not only that, we were coming in to purchase one phone, but because of my tenure with T-Mobile, he offered me the special promotions I had on my account. Ismael was extremely helpful and very well educated about services and products. Thank you Ismael for being such a great representative for T-Mobile.

T-Mobile of Buckner hands down has the best customer service. My daughter went to another T-Mobile store and the just have her the run around and we came to this one store and Luis was awesome he helped us and understood our frustration with her other store. I would hands down recommend this store to everyone.
