Jonathan is great. How do you all manage to find the most polite & knowledgeable technicians? Jonathan diagnosed a major issue that had caused some drywall damage that we were unaware of. He worked late to correct the issue. We truly appreciate the great service that we have received thus far. We are new to Dallas so rebuilding relationships with service providers is very important and somewhat daunting. Our neighbor recommended Cody & Sons and we are forever grateful!

Evan and Jason were awesome. We have an older home (1950’s) that had an original faucet that had started leaking. They were quick to diagnose the cause, walk through the quote, and complete repairs. We’ll definitely be contacting Cody & Sons again for any future repairs needed!

My recent appointment with Cody & Sons was great. They contacted me well in advance on our scheduled day to inform me that they'd actually be early to the appointment, which was considerate since many service providers miss the appointment windows or never communicate their timeframe.

Both our technician Matt and his apprentice were considerate of our home and mindful of our pets, not leaving doors open and wearing floor protectors on their boots.

Matt was very knowledgeable about the various issues we had and provided comprehensive estimates for the multiple projects we may need.

We signed up for their yearly maintenance plan, which is great deal considering what you get for your money.

Very happy with the company so far and specifically the folks that came out to help us today.

The few times we have had them service our units they have been amazing! Jeff was very nice and professional! will tell you straight and not try to upsell you on something! Gave us a few options and suggestions but in the end was willing to do what the customer wanted! Feel like in good hands!

Great experience with Cody & sons following a leak in our attic. I called around 9:30a and had two technicians out to house at 11a the same day after being told they really try to give priority to active leaks. The guys they sent were very helpful and gave us two options depending on our budget, and a few hours later we were all fixed up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

I just want to share my experience with Evan at Cody and Sons. The power in my kitchen kept shorting (including sparks coming out of the outlets) whenever I ran the garbage disposal, so I called an electrician. He said my 1950s house didn't have enough power in the kitchen to keep up with all my appliances, and that I should add another circuit to keep the power from shorting. I said I would get back to him. Then I noticed my garbage disposal was leaking. Evan came out and showed me where there was rust around the area where the electricity hooked up to the garbage disposal unit, indicating that it had been leaking for awhile. He replaced my garbage disposal, and presto, no more sparks! I *almost* paid to add another circuit to my kitchen, costing me thousands of dollars. Turns out it was a faulty electrical connection of my garbage disposal because of a leak. Thanks Evan!

Jonathan Torres was the technician assigned to my home - I was scheduled for an AC tuneup. He was prompt, courteous and thorough with his explanation. I did not know where or how to change the filter and he took the time to walk me through it. I am satisfied with the service and glad I booked with Cody and Sons.

Evan is a total rockstar! He is extremely thorough and hardworking and VERY clean on the job! We had a tough job of installing a new soaking tub in place of an old jetted tub and he worked his hardest to get it in the first time. But there was some demo that needed to happen. So I took care of that and today, he MADE it happen. I was so nervous because my nightly baths are my happy place. He did all he could and more to make it work. I am very appreciative of his thoroughness and positive, professional disposition and knowledge base. I’m grateful to Bill Cody and Sons for their consistent A+ work, that I’ve NEVER had an issue with, in the 20 years of using them. They seem to hire the best!
