George and Denny helped me trade in series X last Saturday. They did a great job and were fun to talk to. I've been going to this store for 20 years, so I've seen the good and bad. Right now, they are great!

The young lady who helped me today was ultra kind and nice, she went above and beyond her duty to try to find me a figure that I was looking for, I will most definitely go back to this location…I always get good service but today Summer showed me what customer service really means!

Great service, i bought wrong PS5, i called 2 hours later and he did switch the unit to the one i needed with no problem.

We called ahead to see if they restocked on mystery minis horror s2. They told us they did and we went. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and the manager by the name of Staffon went to the back to retrieve them. We were able to choose which (UNTOUCHED) boxed we wanted! We were so relieved and excited to find that the boxes we had chosen were indeed the characters we needed! The customer service was excellent! He was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our experience was memorable! We will defiantly recommend this specific store to people.

1st visit here was Christmas Eve getting last min gifts. It was crowded people stacked on people. But the kids that work there were great. They know their stuff. Even if you don't even know what ur asking or even what u need and are looking for they will gladly help. Even when there is a million peoole in the store they handled it great. They didnt run out of anything. And since Xmas my viaits have only improved. I couldnt complain about anythinf other than the line and on Xmas? Seriously there is 1 everywhere.

I came here for the first time to buy a game for my daughter and the staff were really friendly they described the item before I pay for it. They also told me about this insurance you pay a $1.00 for it but if your kids scratch or break the game or something you can bring it back and they give you one without you paying for it. You just have to bring the receip.

One bad thing is they close too early but still love the work

Love these guys that work here. They help me out every time. They do alot more then what u think a average GameStop worker would do. Granted some of them are Xbox players but they are still good guys.
