The entire staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They greet you with a smile and always willing to take the time to answer question and assist in anyway they can. I would not go anywhere else to get my prescription filled.

Wouldn’t give a star if I had a choice. But the customer service is horrible. There was a error in my children’s insurance information so trying to conference the representative from their insurance and the pharmacy representative, the pharmacy representative clearly had the phone just place down not trying to correspond or help. The representative had to call her. The 2 prescriptions that I were told were ready, their now stating only one is ready. The customer service is horrible and they do not pay attention at all

Pharmacy manager very rude. I called about prescriptions and the automated machine said it’ll be done at certain time. When I get there scripts not ready talking to one lady and I’m telling her the machine said certain hour. (I got time off to come get script). Pharmacy manager not minding her business while she’s doing something else jumps in place and other employee goes does what mngr was doing and basically tells me it’ll be done 5 hours later and tells me “we’re done here and if I don’t like service I can have prescriptions sent somewhere else. What kind of service is that? I was being rude at all. Maybe first employee told me 2 times that scripts weren’t ready but it was because I was trying to see if they can work on them I would have waited for them
To get filled. But was just rudely dismissed.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. The staff at the pharmacy are disrespectful and have the worst attitude. I spoke with a technician on the phone on 03/01/2019 around 11:00 and her attitude was terrible. I don't know if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or not, but she was condescending, sounded like she had no interest in helping me, and hung up before I could ask some other questions I had. I will never go to this Kroger or their pharmacy again if they employ people like this that talk down to a customer or even have no interest in helping the people that give them business. The conversation I had with that technician was completely unprofessional and I would recommend that the store re-evaluate who they are hiring. So disrespectful.

The pharmacist refused to fill a controlled substance prescription for a client's dog. Said it was against the law. Veterinarians are except from that law and it was just very unprofessional of the Pharmacist to refuse service for a client and their much needed fur baby. I wish I could give negative stars.

This pharmacy is terrible! They call and tell you your prescription is ready you drive up there stand in line for 20 minutes for them to say it will be ready in 2 hours. This is the 3rd time this has happened with my mother's prescription. Transferring all her scripts to Walgreens.

This store is employing such unprofessional people that work Saturday nights at self check out. Cussing and talking with the "security" like they are on break.

What is that smell????? Just shut the whole thing down. Ive reached out to corporate and still no reply on any improvement.

Lines move very slow. Technicians take all day to fill prescriptions. Use another pharmacy.

Sylvia was very rude and stopped to help two other people (that came after me) when I came to get my prescriptions.
