JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I needed some denim patches and some Christmas decorations so I decided to stop in and they had everything I needed and at an unbelievable price! They beat the big chains as far as the decorations! They are a must if you need decorations but I must advise you the items are flying off the shelves so the later you wait you could miss out!

Found what I needed at an exceptional price. The store appearance was messy but the service made up for it.

Mo and Francis were very polite and helpful. Fabric options are amazing.

My first time doing curbside pickup and was really convenient.

Unfortunately the checkout line was quite long but the selection and friendly staff more than made up for it. Watched a man be extremely rude to one of the cashier's but she never lost her cool. 5 stars for that alone.

The store is actually one of the smaller Jo-Ann's I've been in. Didn't really have a lot of the home decor but definitely lots of fabric. Giving it five stars because of the person who helped my British mother-in-law with some fabric. They will remember her! She was trying to give them measurements in meters!!! Lol!

Debra made our last minute search for black yarn so easy. It had been on sale just not in store, very informative and helped make sure we still got it on sale price when it came in. She went above and beyond very welcoming always nice and cheerful and makes you feel like right at home as soon as you walk in the store... wanting to come back as soon as you leave

Found a lovely tree skirt at a great discount, along with some faux fur trim remnants, and an adorable fox ornament at a sweet discount. The blanket bindings are a no as they were really expensive! So I'll be returning them for some wide ribbon I'll press into binding. Next trip I'll get cross stitch canvas and floss. The sales people were helpful, the store was hoppin', Merry Christmas vibes everywhere!

They have everything... this place is great. Far better than the other stores for a much more broad variety of fabrics and tools. Great bunch of folks happy to help. Very clean and organized, makes for a very relaxed atmosphere for a far more focused shopping experience.

Very friendly! Very helpful! Great selection! Great sales! You can find assosiates anywhere ready to help! They're always ready and happy to help! They also have a changing table and room enough in the bathroom for a cart. Having 2 kids ages 4 & 2 this is nice because we're dealing with potty training and i can leave my younger one in the cart buckled up and help my older one go. It's a very nice, helpful place!

Amanda and Wrev are so nice and helpful! Felt right at home and they had so many craft recommendations for me! Definitely will be back SOON!

I can’t tell you how much I love the team here at this Joanns. As a youngish male I tend to go into places like this and get ignored by the generational employees, anyways the team here always ask me what I need help me find it, figure out yardage, coupons literally anything they are absolutely amazing. I mainly deal with Allison I believe but here Amanda and the sweet girl who cashiers with the pink hair are all the best!!!!! I can’t tell you enough about how great they are. I always end up buying way more than I intend because they get me excited about crafting

Came and only saw a few people running the store as I came in I only got greeted by a man named Aaron and was so nice helped me find what I needed to get right in and out and employee was top tier and nice didn’t know what he was designited to but he was very kind of doing gods work and helping around all around the store.

Not from the area but my boyfriend goes to UNT so I always make sure I go to this one when I am in town because all the people who work here are so great and extremely helpful! And there is a pet store next door so it makes going out with your dog so much more fun’

I usually go to Joann's but today I went to Michael's and immediately regretted it and drove across town to Joann's. The fabric selection is 10x better and the store layout is much easier to navigate. Michael's was like someone threw the holiday edition of Better Homes and Gardens into a blender and dumped it all over the store.

I bought some felt to cover my windows because the heat in our house is crazy. The people there were so helpful they even scanned a coupon for me and save money

My mom had a blast checking out all the sales on fabric. I enjoyed the buy one get two free candles. All associates were so sweet and helpful.

Staff are insanely friendly and helpful, deals are great, check out the app... Seriously! Got 60% off my item, I didn't even know there was one until I was told by an associate, very worth it

I have been looking everywhere for metal hoops for wedding bouquets. Girls y'all need to go to Joann's they have everything and if not for sure Michael's will. I will post pics with my finished creations once I make them. I had to get them quick because there wasn't many left.
