Excellent staff. Everyone is so talented and welcoming. I relocate quite often, so finding a good salon every time I move is a challenge. This time, I hit the jackpot on the first try! Min did my highlights, cut, and light keratin(frizz control). The best ever!!! I'm so happy to have found this salon.

Had my haircut and had it also fixed at Platinum. At first I didn’t like it, but I got it fixed with Julie, and she did an amazing job! She put lots of time and effort into my haircut!! Thank you!

This salon is my favorite place for past 8years. I met Claire and Kyle since they were in Carrollton location. It is much further from my home but I couldn’t find another hair stylist better than them so me and my husband drive 45 min to visit them.

Not only their pricing and services are much cheaper than Tony&Guys but also services you get is equivalent to high end salons. They also keep up with new trends and educate their employees.

I highly recommend this salon and you will not regret the transitions that you made with your current salon.

Amazing place. Been going here since I can remember. Staff are a bunch of amazing ladies that are incredibly nice and are straight up professionals at hair. This ain’t no sportsclips walk-in and pray you get someone that knows what they’re doing. I don’t even request any specific person, I trust every stylist here.

I spend few weeks online looking for a place with good reviews and good distance from home. Finally found Platinum Salons and gave it a try yesterday. Even when I didn't have an appointment, Min took care of me while her client color was processing. I never felt like she was rushing, it was quick but very professional and well done haircut/style. She did a great job and I absolutely loved it! I don't think the pictures do any justice to the great job she did. Thanks Min, I will definitely be back for another haircut and hopefully do my color as well. 😀

Julie was amazing. The price was very affordable, very very pleased with the results. This will be my go to salon from now on.

If you are looking for a new permanent salon! Look no further!! Platinum Salon is the BEST!!! I have been going to this salon for the past year, regularly. For haircuts, highlights, toner, and Brazilian blowout and have been 100% satisfied EVERY visit. All the ladies working there are very professional and kind. You will not be disappointed!

FANTASTIC service! Michelle was very attentive and did a magnificent job! I have long, very dry, curly hair. I went in for a Brazilian Blowout. Michelle made it so I'll be able to take care of my hair with much less effort. I highly recommend her and Platinum Salon.

The team at this salon is incredible!! Their patience and kindness throughout a long day of removing color and toning my hair was out of this world. Min, Evelyn, and Michelle all cared so much about my hair staying healthy and a beautiful color. All of them went above and beyond to do what they said and were very genuine throughout the day. Definitely recommend this salon!

I was in desperate need of a cut and color and my stylist took my hair beyond my expectations. Ask for Mitzy to do your balayage and she won’t disappoint! So happy with my new look :)

I got my hair dome by MIN and she did an incredible job with my hair. she helped me with my hair color and what would suit me the best. and achieved them tremendously well. I totally recommend selecting MIN as your stylist.
she was not only patient and understanding with what i wanted. she was very friendly and would often make conversation :)).

We were so lucky to get a cut and style here. My dear 87 year old mother in law came for a reception we were having. I don't know when she last had a nice cut and style. They were kind enough to work us in and she looked beautiful.

So glad I followed Mitzy from Hair Mode into Platinum Salon. Her skills paired with the pleasant ambience of the salon provide for a stellar service from start to finish. Got a trim with balayage and am highly satisfied!

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think I’ve ever had a hairstylist at platinum who I didn’t like (I also love Michelle- just saying) - but Julie has been doing my hair for YEARS, so if you’re looking for a reliable stylist I’d book her in a heartbeat.
I don’t trust many people to do my hair because they don’t know what I want or they don’t know how to work with asian fine hair - but Julie really knows how to take care of me and my hair.
I’ve gone to platinum for maybe 10+ years now, and in that time my hair has always been dyed by the salon- and yet somehow my hair is still healthy!
So I’d say if you’re looking for friendly service, great haircare, attentive stylists who cater to your needs, I’d definitely go with platinum hair salon. And I’d ask for Julie!!!

When I met Evelyn she worked at a different salon and I'm so happy I followed her to Platinum Salons. She knows exactly how I like my hair styled, and nails it perfectly every time. And a huge thank you to Michelle, the owner, who was able to squeeze me into an appointment when there were some scheduling conflicts and did a fantastic job with my hair.

One of the hairstylists MIN did a fantastic job cutting my hair. She did exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience and I was very satisfied. I’d simply say that MIN is the best hairstylist I’ve met in DFW. I definitely recommend this place and MIN!

Great hair salon that covers all your hair needs!

I can't speak on anything else but men's haircut but they do a great job here. Mitzy is my regular stylist and she consistently gives out awesome haircuts.

She takes her time to not only cut your hair, but gives out hair care tips and hair style suggestions, in case you're feeling spontaneous.

Seriously, every stylist here have been friendly and helpful so I would recommend them all!

Michelle is amazing! I have been to her the last three times I've cut my hair and I always LOVE the way my hair looks!!

I've had wonderful experiences at Platinum Salons. The haircuts I've gotten have looked fantastic. I've brought my two children with me (5 and 3 years old), and the staff were so engaging and caring and did a great job on the kids' hair as well.

Have been haircut with Julie since before Covid 2019. She is very good at Aisa style.
Used to hair cut every 3 wks, now every 2 wks.
