I was looking for an investment property out in Alexandria she let me know about some new land developments near the levy and connected me with a great home container builder

This place constantly rented out for air Bnb. We placed this out in the middle of the woods with the solar panels. It is completely self sustainable and a great investment property for those looking to get away.

We are looking to place many more container homes on several of our other properties since the first one was so successful.

Candace went out of her way to show me houses. She drove all the way out to conroe to help me find my dream home. She saved me over $10,000 on my new construction home because she made me get a third party inspection. Through this we were able to negotiate a better price.

I highly suggest using Candace to help with a new construction build and not just using the community sales person. She negotiated the back yard sod, gutters, sprinkler system, and upgrade on the appliances indoor as well as getting a discount on the property itself.

She may be a new agent but she fights for her clients.
