Well, it was an alright place until the new owners/employees came. Now, you can't even go without being harrassed by all the dirty old men hanging around. They show up on/with bicycles and just beg people for money. Then, they tell you off if you don't give them any. They may be the same group who hangs out under the 59 bridge...Those guys who start cleaning your windshield, even if your car is fresh out of the carwash. These guys also yell at you for not giving them money for a service you didn't ask for. I'm not keen on laws, but...well, if the businesses around here condone it, what power do we have as citizens?
