Mago's Cafe

I got scrambled huevos rancheros with a side of bacon, it was delicious. The salsa and beans had so much flavor, the bacon was crispy. My breakfast really did have that homemade feeling. The service was great as well. I will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend.

Great ambience. Very attentive servers. Best chile relleno I’ve ever had in my life! I should have taken a picture since I did not find any posted photos, but I couldn’t contain myself! One bite and I couldn’t put my fork down. Plate wasn’t spilling over the sides with big portions. I left my plate clean and it was enough. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy other dishes. Definitely a must visit eatery and it won’t put a big dent in your pocket book like almost all fast food chains. Try it out-you will not be disappointed. 🤤

This little place have really good service and food. Friendly and amazing. I recommend if you're looking to support local restaurants and business. I will be returning soon.

Delicious food. I ordered one barbacoa and one chorizo and egg taco and they were very good. Also loved the coffee. Very fair prices

I had the breakfast chilaquiles in green sauce, and it was superb 👌! Even the side of beans were full of flavor! The kind staff/cook was just a bonus! I Will be back! 😋

This is just a nice, family run, small business and hidden gem. It was packed when I went in, so I guess maybe it’s not so hidden and I’m just now figuring things out. Great food, very nice service and quaint little café.

The menudo here is fantastic. It’s served daily, so I don’t have to wait until the weekends to get some. The meat is not too soggy like other places. The flavor is excellent. I prefer it to have a bit more of a kick, but you can always add more jalapeños. Their barbacoa taco is good as well. Don’t be fool, the taco is bigger than other street tacos.
On top of all that, the service is excellent. The waitress was very attentive and courteous. I’ll definitely will be back sooner than later

El Caldo De Rez was awesome. My wife was in area and stop to get some for me . I'm home sick and cannot leave the house . Hopefully soon I will stop in person to dine in .

My menudo was on point and our server was great, very polite and attentive staff. I'll give it a thumbs up even though they have store bought tortillas and chips.

Mago's is AMAZING!

Blink, and you'd miss it while driving by, but it is well worth seeking out. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly. Their homemade salsa is some of the best I have ever had. I cannot say enough good things about Mago's!

Excellent, so tasty! I came into town from Los Angeles, searched google for a breakfast spot, found Margo’s, I pulled up, looks a bit questionable from the outside, wasn’t sure it was even open. I stepped inside and found a wonderful family style restaurant with super tasty home made food, and the ladies working there were very sweet, took great care of me…I will def go back next time I’m in town.

The food tho and the service is fantastic! The tacos are delicious and they're not stingy, full of food and flavor! I went yesterday and again today, and maybe tomorrow. You can order pick up and to go. The waitresses are attentive and very pleasant. A wide variety of breakfast tacos and lunch meat tacos. They offered me a tamale sample that their going to start adding to the menu regularly and I was amazed again. Just quality, flavorful food at decent prices. I believe the tamales will be sold in the dozen tho. I live close by so I had been wanting to try this place. The only thing for me is they close at 3pm. I think that's too early, next door the mixing bowl closes even earlier at 2pm. I prefer the food and service at Mago's Cafe, plus they have seating tables and the other place is only to go orders. Anyway, I really wanted to leave a positive review for this cafe as I know others will enjoy it too. No bells and whistles just really good food and friendly service here.

Wonderful hole in the wall breakfast spot. Expected to speak Spanish when I went but easy for English speakers.

Decor is basic with just six tables. But clean as well as the kitchen. Huevos Rancheros were great, as well as the Migas. Reasonable prices too, for three people with tip only $30.

Well worth it for a no-frills but nice breakfast. Dine in and take out options available (for this review we did take out).

This place has great tacos.

Love this place! I usually eat the menudo and get a couple tacos! It never disappoints. I also love the salsa and the staff is always attentive.

Mago's Cafe is small but mighty place. The menudo is delicious, just the right amount of meat and hominy, the coffee with a warm piña empanada is a perfect combination and the attentive service is great!

Is int it amazing how some little hole in the wall places are some of the best gems when it comes to restaurants!! Highly recommend I have not had a bad meal and the service is excellent.

30 minute drive for me to get here but I wanted to try because of other friend's review of this place. It is a small, hole in the wall, but it was worth the drive. Nothing like a good bowl of menudo to start my the day! I'll be back.
