We had a great experience buying our mattress today! John was super helpful & I really got the impression he cared more about our sleep than how much we were spending. After visiting a few other stores in the area we were most impressed with this store & how nice and respectful John was to us! We got a great deal & feel like we made a great purchase.

I went to three competitors in the area and this shop beat them all in price and customer service. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She really listened to my concerns and matched us up perfectly. I will always shop here from now on.

I just stopped by and visited with Kyndel C. She was very sweet and kind and helped me pick out a bed that was comfortable and soft. Yall give her a raise and the manager I believe Cindi was also very helpful and super friendly. Go by and give them a visit the best experience yet. Keep up the hood work ladies I will be back. Mack was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my needs and helped me pick out what was what best. He wasn’t pushy and was genuinely concerned with just doing what was best for my situation. I would go see Mack again for any other mattress purchase I need.

John was very thorough and informative about the different mattress products. He asked a lot of questions in regard to our concerns and sleeping issues.

The lady that helped me was very nice and informative. I had called her earlier and she had told me what was in stock. When I got there she pulled the mattresses out. Told me all about each of them and let me sit on them and try them before deciding which one I wanted.

Working with Mattress Firm has always been a very good experience. About two weeks ago I purchased a mattress in Rockwall, Texas and it was delivered in a day. The staff there was so courteous and helpful really paying attention to what I needed. I’m in East Texas this time , purchasing another mattress, and in this city as well the staff is so attentive and knowledgeable. Their advice and attention to details further exceeded any other seller I had encountered at other mattress stores. I will use Mattress Firm in the future when purchasing beds and will recommend them to everyone I know that needs a mattress.

It was great. The salesperson (Cindi)was nice and not stuffy. She laughed at my husband's jokes. She made us feel comfortable. That made the sale for us. The finance process was quick and easy. We'll get our mattress the same week.

I went into the store. Told them what my needs were and was taken to exactly the type mattresses I had described. I was able to lay on two of them and picked the one I thought was the most comfortable and the best deal. Fortunately, the mattress I picked was on sale and I got it for half price. I bought it and left feeling very satisfied with my purchase.

Bill was great, didn't pressure me or my wife to buy anything. He gave off a very honest and approachable attitude. He also didn't stray from off the wall or blunt questions. Helped us complete our sale in a very timely manner as well. We will definitely be doing business at this location again if the need ever rises. Thanks Bill!

Quick friendly service! We waddled in the door, described what we wanted, and walked back out in about 15 minutes with exactly what we were looking for! You can't ask for better then that!

Mr. Anthony James was awesome and super friendly. It took some time for us to find a mattress we liked. But he made it really easy! I would recommend anyone go talk to him if you’re thinking about getting a new mattress!
