I went to look at furniture today. I needed two bedroom sets. Ms. Catherine was my sale representative. She was friendly, kind and easy to work with. She explained everything in great detail. I was truly inspire by her knowledge. I did not hesitate to make a purchase.

Charles was great at assisting me today. He was friendly and made my purchase fast and seamles.

I visited BT furnishings after receiving a notice they were going out of business. I found a beautiful 8 by 10 beautiful rug marked $199. I approached the clerk, who checked the price, and discovered it was actually $299. I explained that the sale circular listed rugs at 50 percent off. The compromise, I bought the rug for $120. Additionally, I purchased a second whimsical rug that I know my imaginative grandbaby will love. I purchased several others items that were gently discounted and I received an an additional 10 percent discount. I love nice things, but there is know prestige in over paying. I can say with 100 percent certainty , "I got a bargain at B T Furnishings yesterday. I am not a happy customer, I am an ecstatic customer"❣❣❣

I love this place, I have bought most of my furniture here and it has all been of good quality. The staff at BT has always been friendly and helpful. I'm sad to hear they are closing their doors. I went in today and got a great deal on stools and a dining room table. So if you're looking for a good deal, visit BT before they're gone.

I've been coming to this furniture store for years as a kid and even as an adult. They're prices are always within budget and they have a wide variety to choose from. No matter what you're looking for BT furnishings will ALWAYS have something for you. I'm so sad they're closing all of their stores for good but I'm so glad I was able to to find me a great couch during they're incredible close out sale! Every staff in their was kind, attentive, and patient. Every question I had they answered and there was no pressure when it came to making the final decision. I would highly recommend this store but again they're closing for good. I would however recommend that anyone who is looking for good quality furniture at a low discounted rate to head over while they can!!!!!

Cathy sales agent worked her magic. Very pleased w/ purchase for 3 bedroom sets. The price was right for going out of business sale.

I had being eyeing a sofa set here at BT furniture, and they worked with me to make it possible to purchase. Great customer service with John, and no hackling. I would’ve most definitely continue to shop here, but they are closing this location.

Our salesman Rick was very cordial and willing to assist in any way he could he took the time to let us know the price of everything and even negotiated for an out of the door price that we both could agree on

I like that the staff welcome me in and ask if I am looking for anything in particular or have any questions. When I tell them I would like to browse, they allow me to do that without hovering over me. They are very friendly and professional in letting me know that they are available to answer any questions and/or show me the items I may express an interest in. Lot’s of furniture and decorative items to choose from!

Rick was very patient and helped me to get a bedroom set at a good price. BT furnishings have a good selection of quality furniture and great deals.

The sales staff was very helpful by giving discounts for each item. The cashier was very helpful and kind by showing me the items before ringing them up, very pleasant people.

I have been shopping at Bt Furniture for years I have furniture 2 houses with BT love there style and love there look I will really miss them when there gone don’t know where I will go shop for furniture now but I don’t have a choose now do I but thank you BT Furniture for all your years of service 😊
