Candlewood Suites Buda - Austin SW, an IHG Hotel

I had a really great experience here. I loved the fact that the laundry was free, and the machines worked very well. The staff were really great all around, both on the phone and through my stay. At all hours, someone was there at the desk, and their pantry had basic needs covered.

Very helpful if checking in with service animals. Process was easy, and it helps if you have an ID card or note just in case.

The price was fantastic for the value, as someone who travels extensively cross-country. I will stay here again for sure.

Best Candlewood I’ve stayed at so far, the room service is on point with everything they do! I stay at a lot of hotels all over the US and this room service is better then I’ve had they take their time and clean everything and Very polite! The people running the front desk are very nice also they help us out with anything extra we need.

After traveling so many hours this was an amazing hotel. We were in town for a wedding. Extremely clean. Spacious bathroom. Accepted our pets (for a small fee), lots of room in the room for the dogs and lots of open space around the hotel to walk them. Had the full size fridge, stove area, a full kitchen with utensils and even a toaster. The window even opened for a fresh air breeze. Was very quiet for a holiday weekend. Extremely friendly staff (especially Leslie, who was working Friday night) she accommodated my many requests (room not near an elevator, no top floor, extra pillows etc) free coffee by the lobby which was weirdly delicious. Only thing was I wish they had a free breakfast I could have sworn that was advertised. Other than that was a great hotel and stay we would for sure visit again.

We were stuck in a predicament while traveling to our new home state and it was extremely distressing to say the least. Long story short, we needed a hotel quickly and when I called Candlewood Suites in Buda, Rossie quickly took care of our needs over the phone. Not only was she professional, she was sympathetic and really helped to alleviate the stress I was under. When we arrived, we found the room extremely clean and spacious. The water pressure is great and you can do laundry at their facilities, which is a God-send when you’re traveling with a toddler and pets.

Thank you so much to Rossie for helping my family feel at home. She is a true testament to the fact that one nice person can really change your entire day/outlook.

A very nice and spacious layout on this hotel, with an outdoor pool and covered outdoor area with tables for lounging. Service is very professional and friendly. The fitness room and laundry facilities are both larger than I typically see, and rooms are simple in design, but packed with all the amenities you'll want for a comfortable extended stay.

A large group of us stayed over the weekend with a wedding party and could not have been more pleased! The staff was great! The rooms were super clean and the bedding was so comfy!! I highly recommend this place!

The staff there are super friendly, Kiana specifically. I had to make a last minute booking using a rewards night well past 9 or 10pm and she cheerfully greeted me and graciously upgraded our room from a queen to a king. It meant so much to us considering the day we were having.
The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. If I ever need to stay in that area again I will definetly come back to this hotel.

Nice clean hotel, they've got a good selection of snacks and drinks if needed. Nice big rooms, full size fridge and kitchenette came with basic dishes needed for a "home cooked" meal.

I had a wedding to attend in Driftwood and this hotel was nearby and extremely reasonably priced. It was a short drive up the highway to go to Austin, and Buda didn't have all the traffic and noise I expected if I stayed in the city. The room was clean and had a full kitchenette including dishes and a dishwasher. Laundry was free for guests and there were drinks and snacks available on the honor system. If you took something, you just reported it on a slip with your name and room number and dropped it in a slot. The WiFi was a little intermittent, but not terrible for free hotel WiFi. If I ever find myself in the area, I would definitely think about staying here again.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms and great location.

This hotel is VERY conveniently located to visit TX State. Our hotel room was VERY nice and all of the employees are very nice and friendly. My complaint is on july 22, me and my parents, last name Seaman booked a room and they kept putting us in rooms tgat were already occupied, three times then we had to wait 45 minutes to have a room accomodating us to be cleaned. They comped the room which was cool but while we were away from room, another guest entered our room, they then cancelled all room cards so we couldnt get into our room. Another guest entering our room is UNACCEPTABLE. They need to get organized. This is a new hotel. Maybe its the software theyre using, not sure. Unhappy with that but employees were VERY nice and again, our room was REALLY nice and hotel itself was very nice as well.

Was here for 2 days and 1 night. Didn't get to experience all of the amenities, but from what I encountered it was great. Clean establishment with a friendly and attentive staff. Great location. Free coffee all day!!!

Candlewood suites is always my favorite place to stay. Fair rates, spacious rooms and this visit was made better by the top notch front desk person showing a zest for service and a genuine interest in the people on the other side of the desk.

Super clean, renovated and a good price, it has everything I look for when looking for a economic hotel. On top of that it has a full kitchen and friendly staff (no breakfast though).

No complaints my boyfriend and i stayed a night here and it was very cozy had everything you need and more, plus pet friendly.. Just wish we knew about it sooner..

Nice, new hotel. For the price, you can't beat it. Comfortable beds. Not breakfast but it has a pantry with all kinds of food and sundries.

A wonderful place to stay. Very nice atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend everyone try it for themselves. You will not be disappointed.

We booked the executive suite and were surprised that it can with a full kitchen! Everything was really clean and modern. Will definitely come back!

Love this place they even worked with us when we were hurting for cash very nice and patient people being able to have both our pit bulls here is a plus and having a full kitchen and refrigerator was also a great thing about it. All in all 10 stars if Google had that option
