Comfort Suites Buda - Austin South

Thanks to Ester's Outstanding ServiceI recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Inn, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience thanks to Ester, the front desk attendant. From the moment I walked in, her warm welcome and genuine smile set the tone for my entire stay. Ester's professionalism and dedication to customer service truly made my visit memorable.

Her attention to detail and proactive approach to guest satisfaction truly exemplify the level of service that sets Comfort Inn apart.Additionally, Ester's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made me feel right at home. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the well-being of guests and takes pride in ensuring that each person has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall, my experience at Comfort Inn was nothing short of excellent, and I attribute much of that to Ester's outstanding service. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I would not hesitate to recommend Comfort Inn to friends and family based on my positive experience with her at the front desk. The property is very nice, inside and out. Easy to get to from the highway, and close to plenty of places to eat (including the HEB). Anthony checked us in, and it was a smooth process even without the electronic registration tablet. I got a suite with a king bed, and the room looked like it had been updated in the last 2 years. The free, hot breakfast was good too.

Esther and Anthony were amazing! Esther checked me in and immediately recognized me. Anthony served drinks at the bar and entertained my family and me for the evening

My stay here is really comfortable, and I'd recommend staying here. The night shift front desk Esther has been incredibly helpful and nice. She stands for what working for choice means.

Ive stayed at this hotel for the last few months. The rooms are ok and clean. They serve morning breakfast and for the hot days they have fresh lemon water to drink. this location also has a bar but its rarely open. Night crew is amazing! Called down to the front desk after a LONG DAYS work for a midnight snack and Alexus made the most AMAZING COOKIES to put something on my stomach! She along with other staff are very friendly and attentive to the residents concerns. Great location.

We recently attended the Kyle Festival in Kyle, Texas. We booked with Comfort Suites Buda because they were very close to the festival, they were pet friendly and (most importantly for my kids) the pool was open. We loved everything about the stay. The rooms were clean and spacious with super comfy beds. The pool/hottub was relaxing and enjoyable and we loved the hot breakfast every morning. All of the staff were very friendly and kudos go to manager John Rodriguez, Jasmin R and Armando R. Thanks for a great stay!

This one takes the whole Cake and then some.....It has a indoor pool and a Hot Tub!!! BREAKFAST in the morning with all the trimmings and then some....

Brkfst ok, but clean. Rooms have comfortable beds and are big and clean.

At this point this hotel is my home away from home. I’m a trucker with a set route that puts me here once a week for my down time. Unlike some negative folks who have a hard time finding anything positive to say about this hotel I find it to be very clean, safe, and convenient. I’m basically at a first name basis with the front desk folks. (Jayln your the man!)

I’m comfortable with Comfort Suites Buda!!

We had a very great stay. Staff we're so nice and helpful. Our rooms were close to eachother. Our beds were so clean and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and had a nice smell.
The walls are bit thin and you're able to hear people talking or laughing, wasn't a big deal but thought I should share that.
Nice indoor pool (small). Free breakfast from 6am-10am, breakfast was really good. We are big traveler's and Austin is one of our favorite places to visit. We're making comfort suites our stay favorite. Thank you!

5 star for us.breakfast rooms etc were great.felt i was in hyatt or hilton. Milk juices n water were individualized. Lots of protein breakfast. Lots of touchless hand sanitizers on elevators..entrances and dining areas

After the horrible experience at Red Roof Inn, (see my review and pictures for them), Comfort Suites saved us!! The room was very clean, employees, especially the overnight gentleman, WONDERFUL!!! Just WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! I recommend this hotel highly!! We will stay here again when we visit Austin!! Thank you so much for helping us out late at night after what the horrible people at Red Roof Inn did to my family and I!!!

I have stayed here twice and both times were great. It’s an affordable place to lay your head for the night. The rooms are a good size and come equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, iron and board. If you forget your soap or shampoo they have dispensers in the shower. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and one thing I really like is they do not have that “I am suspicious of you” vibe like some other places I have been that are similar. As long as you are respectful and treat the room like you would your own home, you should have a great experience here as well.

Clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Bed is extremely comfortable. Pillows are tiny, so you may need to ask for a few extra. Towels and linens are really good, not the usual sandpaper pieces you get elsewhere. Breakfast is well laid out, something for everyone. We didn't use the pool because it was over chlorinated, but it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again!

We are big travelers. We’ve been coming to the area for 4 years. We’ve had some rough experiences with other hotels, but this hotel did NOT disappoint! Clean, the breakfast was great, staff was super sweet, we loved our suite! Thank y’all for the great stay!

The hotel receptionist was awesome, got us checked in quick and was very kind. We really needed a good nights rest off the road. Breakfast was spot on! Everyone did an excellent job. We will recommend this place to everyone we know traveling.

We arrived early and was able to check in with no problems, chose a room near the pool. Room was clean and stocked with lots of towels. Pool and spa were clean and we enjoyed a nice relaxing soak. Continental breakfast was so good! Texas shaped waffle was fun! Highly recommend staying here, we would gladly stay again in the future.

Spent a night here while moving my son to Austin. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. I have no problem recommending this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and quiet. Water quality was so nice after southern California's imported water! If you need the pool and hot tub, make sure to ask if the water heater has been fixed-the freeze in early 2021 damaged it.
Be careful on the driveways to the entrance, Starbucks customers seem to think it's part of the drivethru. It's best to use the driveway just past the Best Western.
