My family and I loved our Vincent Spring Break Vacation! Thanks to the ever efficient Marla Finley, we saved a ton of money AND got a room upgrade!

We cruised on Royal Caribbean with two other couples and six high school seniors. There was something for everyone to see and do on and off the ship. Great recommendations on excursions: the Water Park in Costa Maya was a trip highlight!

Anne King at VV helped me plan a trip of a lifetime. I narrowed my travel destination to two places then Anne suggested the Netherlands and I was all in. She helped plan a seamless vacation including flights, hotel, transportation, museums and tours. This trip definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use her and Vincent Vacations again.

I recently just spent 4 days at Walt Disney World. This is my first time using a travel agent for Disney and I cannot speak more highly of Chelsea. She responded to me within minutes of wanting to book the trip and had 6 different offers for me to choose from and made sure we had the best deal! She linked the reservation for me and offered to help book my food reservations for me. This was a last minute trip and she even made sure I would still be able to get the magic bands. She did all of this for us within one day. She checked in with me leading up to the trip and almost everyday we were there! I already have three other trips she is planning for us and will never plan a trip without her ever again!! 😃😃

Chelsea McDonnell has been absolutely fabulous to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable about everything from flight coordination to hotels to things to do. She worked to find a resort that fit our exact needs and was always happy to do more research when we changed our minds! She also provided us with information on excursions and how to book. It truly made the process very stress free! Also, having all of my travel info in one central location (app) is so helpful! I don’t have to be searching for several different emails!

Every detail of our family vacation to Hawaii was a total success because of Anne! As a type-A traveler who takes relaxation very seriously, I would recommend Anne for anyone looking to get the most out of their vacation dollar. To start, Anne met with me to discuss my travel goals and "must have's". She then provide thorough options for varying price points that were ideal for our objectives. There was no pressure and she was always available for questions. I even had a last minute request that she was flexible in accommodating. We had a seamless airport transfer and even got upgraded once we got to the hotel, when I mentioned Anne and Vincent Travel! We ended up with the best room in the hotel. What I was most impressed with was the availability, time, and dedication Anne had to ensure our trip was completely worry-free. At one point, there was a miscommunication with a tour company and Anne immediately started working tirelessly to get it resolved in my favor. Although it may not always be the case, we were able to receive a $1K refund due to her efforts. All while me and my family never skipped a beat enjoying our dream island vacation. I will be contacting Anne for all my future travel and would recommend her for anyone who is looking to make the most of their travels!

My husband and I worked with Anne for our honeymoon to Jamaica and she was FANTASTIC! She was so easy to work with and SO knowledgeable on every question we asked. She took care of everything for all of our travels which made it so easy for us. We had never been out of the country before so we were a bit nervous and she made everything so seamless and easy. We will 100% go through her for all of our travels in the future!

First time I’ve ever used a travel agent to go to Disney and let me tell you what, Chelsea McDonell did not disappoint!!! She was on top of everything! From answering my stupid questions, to booking dinners, to changing dates and just her overall knowledge of Disney, she made it so easy. She even taught this Disney bad@$$ a few new things!! I will use Chelsea for all of my Disney trips from now on and I can’t wait to use her for my next “normal” vacation. She was absolutely amazing to work with! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. 5 out of 5 recommended!!

My family and I went on an cruise that Anne set up for us. From the plane tickets, transport from airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the port terminal, the cruise it self and the trip home. Everything went smooth for us. I wasn't sure and a couple of things but I shouldn't of because we had not problems at all. We enjoyed our trip and time together because it was all taken care of. Just too many things to take care, so it was great that it was all handled for us. We will use Anne again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Chelsea! She was great with planning our entire honeymoon so we didn’t have to worry about anything! & it was perfect right down to the detail! I will 100% recommend Chelsea for any travel needs!

Returned from our amazing trip to Puerto Vallarta grateful for our travel agent Marla. Since we have begun traveling we have dealt with other travel agents from different companies, Marla is by far the best in the business. I had a scare and a series of events that lead me to have to wait by my mailbox every day leading up to our trip for my passport. Marla was constantly there answering all my panicked questions and supportive through the whole ordeal. We already had Marla schedule another trip for us and can’t wait for all of our future ones knowing her amazing taste and knowledge of the travel industry.

Working with Marla to plan our dream trip to NYC was amazing! The process was easy and Marla’s support was much appreciated for my first flight and big trip in over 13 years. Can’t wait to book the next one!

Vincent Vacations helped up plan a group trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. We wanted it to be memorable and the team did a great job of working to understand how we like to travel. They introduced us to options we would not have otherwise considered and we ended up choosing SeaDream Yacht Club. The food, service and destinations were exceptional. It is the vacation against which all others will be measured. We can't wait to plan our next one.

Dori is AMAZING! She navigated my family through booking at the new Nickelodeon resort in Cancun. The trip went flawless right down to the airport transport to and from being taken care of for us as well! 10/10 would recommend Dori!
