Candlewood Suites DFW West - Hurst, an IHG Hotel

This is the place to stay if you're in town for more than a few days. The rooms are nice sized and very clean. Up to date and the kitchen space is quite generous w almost a full-size refrigerator. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable about the area. This is a most definite repeat stay when I'm back in DFW.

Where do I start? The customer service I received at this location exceeded my expectations! From the staff to housekeeping I was very impressed with my long-term stay. As I prepare to check out today, I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU!
Ms. Shatiya, Ms. Nancy, Ms. Bianca, Mr. Edward, Mr. Kaleb, and the Manager, Ms. Amita, for everything and making this such a GREAT experience and stay.

This place is the best place I have ever stayed at. Great rooms, service was outstanding, quiet atmosphere. I can't wait to stay there again.

We came here for a weekend six flags and hurricane harbor. It was 20 minutes from the parks so not too bad. The area was nice with an aldi across the street to buy food for the kitchen. Rooms were updated and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was free coffee and a dunkin donuts in walking distance. The pool was amazing and super clean. We will definitely be staying at this location again!

I've been having to stay in a few hotels in the area due to recent move...normally it's planned but I took a job that I had to start right away. I'm super OCD and picky...this is one of the newer spots...its pretty decent I'll tell you. Friendly staff...only thing I hate is having to repay the deposit of 50.00...if I don't book days in advance..ties up my Lil money fr

It was like a studio apartment. The location was central, and the receptionist was kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel have been so amazing! Amy went above and beyond for my family and I during a really stressful time! Room is super nice and clean. It has everything you could need. Love the full size kitchen and the beds are super comfortable. Very affordable. I am so happy I booked here. It is a great location. Honestly if you need a place in this area I can't say it enough. Book here!

My time spent here was awesome! The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very welcoming. Steph was very helpful when I asked about good things to do around town with my little guy since it was raining. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend as a spot if you're looking to stay for a week or even just an over night stay!

I can't say enough about the quality customer service here. They took notice of a special need and without it being mentioned, they went out of their way to accommodate. Room was very clean. We highly recommend this Candlewood.

Had a great experience here Amy went above and beyond to get us rebooked where we would normally have to change rooms we didn't. She did a great job took care of everything and we really appreciate her hospitality. We will be returning here the rooms were very clean we ended up ordering outback through DoorDash and they completely screwed up our order which has nothing to do with the hotel but I feel like I should mention it.

Really nice hotel w a kitchenette furnished w all dishes. Large room w vaulted ceilings for a very fair price in the $70’s during summer rates. There was room for our U-Haul and no one tried to break into it or steal it, which was nice given it was in the DFW area.

A gorgeous hotel. Fairly new. Amenities, amenities, with a cool pool! Golf putter, cooking area, grill, sink covered patio. What more could you need oh yeah a TON of outlets to bring your own stuff out! In the rooms too.

Unfortunately this is the only picture I have of our stay. The room had a cute little kitchenette that I wish I would have taken advantage of. The dishes were dirty from the last visitor, but they provided finish detergent, so I just popped them in for a wash. We also forgot to buy a couple of things from the store, but they have a mini "cabinet" you can purchase from at a decent price. EX: milk cartons & chip bags are only $1. I wasn't expecting the $50 hold on my debit card when I checked in but as long as you leave your room in the same shape it was in, they deposit it back into your account a few days later. The kids and husband loved the pool and hot tub. Its in a very quiet and nice section of town. Literally a walmart down the street. NRH20 around the corner. I'd definitely search out another Candlewood Suites when we vacation!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank You!!

Clean comfortable room great staff. Well kept hotel. Staff gose above and beyond. Bed a little to high but it was very comfy. We would recommend this property very highly!!!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks while we were tying to find a new place to move. The room was extremely clean when we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful with any accommodations/ questions.
If we ever need a place to stay for a short period, we will come back.

My grandsons wedding was a short distance from your hotel approximately 5min.drive that's we choose it the location was perfect wanted 2 rooms you only had one kind of glad you didn't have two the experience we endured with the one

A hidden secret in Fort Worth. The full kitchen was a winner 🏆 and the price was less than hotels with more affluent name brands. I am into staying at nice places that don't caust an arm and a leg and this hotel is lost such a place.

I recently stayed at the newly built Candlewood Suites in Hurst, TX. The hotel Manger Deena and her staff were phenomenal with customer service. Their COVID-19 protective practices are five star. I highly recommend this hotel for extended stay needs.

Wonderful place to stay. Large room, friendly staff and close to the freeways to get anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend Candlewood in Hurst and will stay there again!
