Danny truly saved the day! I had not had any luck tracking down information regarding my rental and getting moved out of it until I spoke to him. He was more helpful than the folks at the actual facility I was a customer at in Durham, NC (S. Alston Rd.) He made me a priority miles and miles away and for that I am appreciative. Moving and storing things can be stressful enough, so I’m glad Danny was able to turn my experience with My Place Self Storage around. I hope he is rewarded for his exceptional service, especially taking on the responsibilities of employees at a location that is not his own.

This facility is very clean. You can’t beat the location and accessibility to get to your storage unit. And the price is right. Mr. Danny is one of the nicest people I have met. He will do everything in his power to accommodate you. So when looking for a storage unit, call Mr. Danny.

Great deal on a unit, the manager Danny is fantastic and took time to explain everything and show me around. We need the car storage since our vehicle isnt running at the moment, they allow non-running vehicles which is great since most storage places do now allow towing/need to be driven in, but this lot is exactly what we need. It was easy to set up the code, get in and out, and overall the entire process from booking to moving has been easy and stress free. Definitely recommend.

The manager Dany is extremely approachable and will work with you to find the best solution. The facility itself is well thought out, however, Dany is the real asset because of his care and concern for your experience there.

Danny and the team here are amazing! I have been here for over a year now and have never had a problem. Even when changes took place, I was notified right away. I will be back if I ever need another storage unit.

I was very satisfied with the level of customer service and support I received from this location. I have been a tenant for almost three years, and the quality of the storage facility has improved. In specific, Kelli has been extremely helpful in helping me understand my options for payment when times have gotten rough, and is quick to pick up and address issues on the spot! They've Recently hired an assistant named Angel who is also great.
Overall, I would definitely recommend leasing here.

This is my first time renting an unit with this company. I was impressed with Angel Noah. He took care of my needs. He gave me a tour, explained me everything and helped me with the paperwork. He’s such a nice person. Smart, dedicated, hardworking, humble, compassionate and understanding. I recommend him to anyone.

If you're looking for a loading dock accessible storage unit, they have some. A 26' truck is easily backed in to the dock which can make life a lot easier. Facility has fixed a lot of things over the last 6 months and customer service has been good. Thanks!

He is the Assistant Manager at MyPlace Self Storage. I haven't met someone in a leadership role that is more dedicated, understanding, and empathetic like Angel. i recently had the pleasure of working with Kelli, the general manger of My Place Self Storage, and I cannot recommend her enough!
kelli went above and beyond to make sure that I knew exactly where and how to access my unit.
From the moment I arrived at the office, Kelli greeted me with a warm smile & friendly demeanor. She took the time to listen to my needs & concerns and walked me though the entire process of accessing my unit, she explained everything, making sure I understood how to use the keypad, the garage door and finding my unit from different entrances.

Kelli does everything at My Place self Storage. I was very impressed with her sense of ownership of the facility and her friendly, approachable and detailed explanation of operations. Her partner Angel was also very helpful at move in.
They offer competitive rates and a very close location to SOHIP, Highland Park, Oak Lawn, Turtle Creek, downtown and Cedar Springs. So thankful to find such a great team. 🙏👍

Since 2012, I have been an occupant of storage unit(s) that are at Maple and Mockingbird.
There have been several people who have worked here that have been "good", but the person who is working here now is one of THE BEST and hopefully one day he'll be a trainer for all the other self storage units in this company!
Angel; A befitting name for someone who is very nice, very calm, very knowledgeable, and willing to work... patiently!
