This Dr. has amazing Hands. Super careful and gentle.
I cracked my tooth and was in a desperate state. I called into the office they worked me in and took care of me the same day despite their busy schedule.

My anxiety was so high! Everyone the Staff & Dr. did such a FANTASTIC JOB putting me at EASE and making me FEEL COMFORTABLE. The Dr.'s hands.... I kid you not.... are a gift to humanity. He gave me the shot, I didn't even feel it. There was a lot of dental work done that day. The staff and Dr communicated extremely well with each other. I liked it very much because I felt like they kept me included every step of the way. (By the end of the appointment, I felt like an expert)

Fantastic/Excellent/Best Dr. ever. Gentle Hands - Gift to Humanity

Fantastic/Excellent/Best Staff. Compassionate - very knowledgeable

Bottom line - This office is excellent at what they do!

The staff here is very kind and accommodating. Between insurance stress and many other factors that made me want to put off my dental work, Veronica at the front desk was knowledgable and encouraging. I am so relieved after getting everything taken care of in a way that worked so well for me. There are other staff members who's names are escaping me that were beyond nice as well. Would recommend! Much better than my previous dentistry experiences

FANTASTIC DR & STAFF - Dr.'s hands are GENTLE! Affordable Pricing.
The Dr. was very very gentle. He was so gentle that when he gave me the shot, I did not feel it. I was so grateful because I was in so much pain.
Instant relief. Great communication between the dr and staff. They were just amazing. Supper happy with the work done.

I originally called in for an emergency appointment. They where able to work me into the current schedule. My wait time was very short. The assistant took x-rays set up everything nicely for the Dr to view & consult. The Dr. explained my issues and resolutions very clearly.

I then spoke with the young lady that discusses the pricing for the procedures. Very detailed in her work. She laid out the pricing and immediately offered the dental insurance program which offered such a drastic savings. Even with my current existing conditions I was able to apply the insurance. They were very transparent with pricing.

OVERALL SUPPER HAPPY!

Been going for years and they are amazing. I've had my teeth bleached in the past by them 4 times, and each time is just more brilliant than the last. It's been a few years since I last bleached and they have stayed extremely white.

I went to the dentist this morning concerned about pain I was having in two teeth. From the front desk to the dentist and assistants, they were prompt and professional doing even more than I would have expected to help me. I am so relieved to have such wonderful care! Thank you!

I’ve been visiting this practice since I moved to Houston a couple of years ago. Now far from my house but I keep going. I guess they must be doing something good

These people are incompetent morons. They charged me for work that wasn't even done, and when I disputed the charges, they first tried to tell me to leave it on my account, I'll need it for when I come back. Then they said if I can't afford it, they can set me up with their in house financing. I don't need that, I can pay my bill. Then they said they'd do the root canal when I came back, I didn't know they were just using agressive billing tactics, but when I came back, I didn't get a root canal, so I asked for a refund. They said ok, it takes 3 weeks to process it. I said well, it only took 2 minutes to charge it! Then I reviewed my bill further and found they charged me for things that were taken care of from insurance (double billing is what I call it) and after 3 weeks went by, I complained again, I want my $900 back! They said they can only run credits at the beginning of a billing cycle. Now they have had my $900 over 3 months and the crown I had done is not smooth, has jagged edges and doesn't feel natural. I would not recommend this dentist, beware, use caution, scrutinize your bill, watch out for agressive tactics and threatening demeanor. I'm going to have to hire a lawyer to get my money back, this outfit is a scam artist. Don't they realize they'd make more money by treating people right? If I could give them negative stars I would!

My first visit I was generally underwhelmed after being a patient at c&c and rocky Creek dental. I changed insurances which was my only reason for the switch.
I gave them a second chance this month- but won't be going back.
The first visit you had to go in for the exam. Pay a copay. And then schedule a separate day for the cleaning. Again paying a copay. Which any other office would have been 1 copay.
The second visit took nearly a month to get an appointment. The office staff is almost Non verbal and just points. The girls who did my xrays where friendly but the doctor had to ask them to retake and they didn't actually get the entirety of the roots in any of the images...
The doctor strikes me as a quack. I was told I had 4 cavities at rocky creek. They say they see none. I complained of tooth sensitivity on the molars with cavities and he just said switch toothpaste.
He told me he found one tooth that needed a filling they'd do that day. Ok. I guess. I asked about my wisdom teeth as I'm in my 20s and still have them. I told him they've been painful recently and asked if they had room to come in. He said well take them out when they hurt and walked off.... ummmm? That's what painful is...hurting.
They stick you back in the front to wait to be cleaned so you wait again. They told me if I was more than 5 minutes late the appointment would be cancelled. I was 15 minutes early (better known as on time) and wasn't seen for 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Then another long wait for the cleaning.
The hygienist that did my cleaning--- I wish I knew her name- not only was it the worst cleaning I've ever had- tilted me so far back I got light headed, kept poking my gums and lips with her instruments and kept complaining and snapping at me to open wider when my jaw was already painful from holding open wider than ...... to keep it pc... more than 3 bananas would fit for an extended period of time.
The eye glasses they put on me were dirty (gross!) Which makes me wonder if the instruments were cleaned. Also... her gloves when she flossed my teeth smelt like she'd had them up her bum. No joke. So revolting when you're in my mouth and don't smell clean.

Eta- oh yeah, that filling he said I'd be getting? Never mentioned again. Asked the hygienist if I need to check out with someone and she said nope. So I didn't bother to remind them or try to schedule it. Switching and getting a real cleaning asap.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars as the review.

Dr. Mehmood is the rudest dentist I have ever had, in 30 years of seeing dentists.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately checked in by the front office. Dr. Mehmood was sitting in the front office area. After I had waited 45 minutes, I walked up to the front desk to ask how long it would take for me to be seen. The front desk staff turned around to ask Dr. Mehmood. Dr. Mehmood walked up to me and asked if I was ready as if she had been waiting on me all along.

While she was cleaning my teeth, she was rude and very hurried. She was done in 2-3 minutes, by far the quickest cleaning I have ever had. She also threatened to recommend me for deep cleaning if I didn't floss more regularly.

I have never been so poorly treated by any dentist, or other professional. On previous visits, I have often observed her casually gossiping with other staff and talking about other people behind their backs.

This dentist should be severely reprimanded and subjected for mandatory training on courteous behavior as well as a formal performance improvement plan.

Based on this experience, I will never visit that same facility again.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. This is single handedly the worst experience with any business or person I've ever had in my life. I'm posting this almost two years later because I still think about how awful the service was and no one should have to deal with it.

First off, I was a customer of Anderson's for 7 or 8 years while growing up. For the first 4 years I went there, they had my name MISSPELLED continuously. We repeatedly asked them to change it every time and they just kept pushing it off.

Second, I almost got braces there but decided to cancel LITERALLY THE NEXT DAY. Yet, it took them over a year to issue a refund back to my account and clear the loan. In the meantime, my credit score kept tanking cause it kept saying I owed this loan company money. I repeatedly went back to Anderson and emailed them telling them to accelerate the issue. They kept delaying it every time, and when they finally issued a refund, IT WAS FOR THE WRONG AMOUNT. So I had to wait additional months for that to be processed. The only reason they finally took care of this issue is cause I showed up to their office unannounced and demanded to see their manager. I almost had to corner the manager in her office and threaten legal action for her to take this seriously and even escalate the manner.

Don't ever trust them with your money, they're the worst snakes in the world especially the lady who processes payments Minnie. I would rather get a mouthful of cavities than ever see anyone at this office again. Literally years later thinking about this issue still makes my blood boil.
