My husband and I were referred to the office of Roberts and Roberts in December of 23 after a car accident. Almost immediately after getting home from the hospital, Joe called us to set up a time to come out to our RV and meet up with us to get what he needed to investigate our case.

When I tell y'all Joe worked FAST. We had a rental car in less than 2 about weeks, which we were ok with because that made it right around Christmas, and we had appointments in Tyler(we live an hour away).

Everything went exponentially quick and smooth, with almost little to no frustration. If there was any, it was from my cars financial company, which Jennifer took care of quite nicely.

The way Jennifer stayed in constant contact with us was extremely appreciated. Her patience and willingness to explain things when I had forgotten things definitely eased anxiety and lessened confusion.

Bruce was also very warm and heartfelt in his demeanor, the way a grandfather is with his grandchildren on Christmas morning.
