Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mesquite, an IHG Hotel

The customer service here it’s one of the best I have ever seen at a Holiday Inn every one Ms. Rena and the other manager I can’t recall her name and the young man in the front desk Emmanuel they help my kids And at a time we had not electricity at home everyone got together and help us out and comforter me Thank you soo much I will forever be grateful

The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. The white hotel smells good. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. Great location in proximity to family we were visiting.

My sister booked this room for us. She recommended it to us. I truly enjoyed our stay the hotel was amazing. Being i myself work in a hotel i will also recommend our guests to this hotel. The two front desk agents we met we so nice and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in was super nice n friendly. We will definitely be back. They were also so welcoming of my service dog.

Solid choice. The rates are comparable and the room is up to date and not run down. Pleasantly comfortable and a good breakfast, which is getting harder to find, it seems

Enjoyed the bed sheets were cleaned. Room was very clean. Staff was very accommodating to my late arrival. Continental breakfast good but there was no juice unless I overlooked it.

Rooms are nice and very clean . Hotel has a decent work out room surprisingly and a pool and hot tub that works ! Breakfast is always on time and they have great options to choose from hot breakfast to cold or fruit and yogurt . Whatever your feelin they have the option . Coffee is piping hot and always ready . Staff are very friendly and there's always complimentary ice water and little homemade cookies next to the water cooler . The hotel commissary is not crazy expensive like most hotels and it's right off of the highway which makes the commute to work that much faster . I'll say this , i travel all over the country for work and have been in at least 8 different hotels since January and some for over two weeks and this hotel is the best thus far ! 👌

Rooms were pretty standard and comfortable. Free morning breakfast was the best part of every morning. Friendly staff. The pantry was well managed. Would 100% stay there again.

Great location, next to a few good food places, a Starbucks, and really close to The Mesquite Rodeo. The hotel is well maintained and smelled really good as soon as I walked in. The beds were very comfortable. I think the room size was perfect for the price. I have stayed at dozen of hotels all over Texas. This was on the top of the list of best stays ever. Staff especially Brandon was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much!

Great service, and the thermostat went as low as you want it. I froze just like I like it. Caught a couple of penguins up in there lol.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. Both times we have had great service. The manager and his staff have always been very polite and pleasant. We are staying here the second time as we are having asbestos!!! removed from our house. We needed to be able to have a another night! Friday night check out Saturday morning. The hotel had already booked rooms for the weekend. As there is a rodeo, also they are having the Consignment sale for the kids clothes. The manager was able to get myself as well as my wife & daughters the same room and the same rate. I would definitely recommend if you are in the Mesquite. He definitely helped all of us out in a time of need.

The lady at the front desk was on her cell phone the whole time before checking me. She only help me when I said to her do I need to leave and come back!!!?????

We were in a really tough spot because of mudslides and Krista just took such great care of us as we made our reservations. She made sure our check in would be so easy and it was! Every person on staff was as helpful and friendly as the next. The hotel was so clean and the room was beautiful, we could not have had a better stay!

This place was amazing !!! Rooms were clean, staff was amazingly professional and the beds were so comfortable!!! The breakfast they provided was great and fresh !! No complaints at all !! Highly recommended if your looking for a hotel in the area !!!

Theresa did an Amazing job. I booked through a 3rd party website and they were full and she was able to get me a room still. Amazing customer service. The breakfast is amazing here I'm not joking. The sausage and gravy biscuits were so good I had to tip the lady. Even if it was premade. If you need free breakfast and you want good food. This was the place. Parking is a bit tight when they get full so get your space early.
