Tyler Public Library

I had a great experience there, it is a perfect place to find any kind of book you are looking for , very nice and quiet place to study and helpful staff .

There are so many great things about this library, not counting all the books! They are very involved with the community. There are activities almost every day, for every age group. Yoga, writers workshops, quilting, family movie showings, etc. I could spend every day here, hours on end.

I been coming here since the 90s. I have learned so much from these books and now I will be learning the basics of Russian. I love this place to just relax. There's a lot to do around here and much to see. You can check out movies for dirt cheap and use the computer lab.

Tyler is fortunate to have such a good library. The staff works hard to provide helpful resources and services for the community.

So fun ..always something new and my grandchildren love coming here to do homework .

Tyler public library, provides very good learning and activity resources locals specially families. It’s not just library but they also keep families engaged with fun activities for kids of all ages. Arrange interesting events round the year line Halloween, Easter Christmas and summer vacations. Loved joining there book reading connotations.

I haven't been here in over 2 years. I'm glad there was someone there to help me out. A young lady on the third floor helped me out with the computer and my paperwork without hesitation. Her customer service was great she helped out other people as well. I will definitely be back here more often.

Great place for the family to go and laren how to read

We took our daughter here recently for a family outing. She’s 2 years old and had a blast. They had a vast selection of kids books to read there or take home. The playroom was her favorite of course. They have all sorts of toys for kids to learn with. Overall a really good place for kids to learn and socialize.

Helpful, friendly staff, very clean and a capable security presence

The Tyler public library is really nice! The personnel are friendly, they have an extensive collection of books as far as both categories and the actual number of books, and they have a computer lab on the third floor where I have many times to handle one thing or another requiring a computer instead of my smartphone. Just a very nice library all around! Visit the Tyler library and you will be glad you did

Remember being drawn to this library when I was in Tyler, TX. Natural lighting with minimalist-type architecture make this a true retreat. Nice.

I may be biased because I work here but the Tyler Public Library is amazing. I love both working here and using the services. The Library offers materials for checkout, free programs for all ages. I love that you can checkout games and use tons of digital resources. The Library is constantly trying to improve and make things more available and better for patrons. I love being part of that movement and helping serve the community. I hope everyone gives the Library a chance.

This library is amazing. TONS of resources for families, from early literacy kits, early STEM kits, 1000 Books Before Kindergarten, monthly take home activities, and a seed library!! You can check out movies, music, board games too! Highly recommend.
