Better have your own transportation, public transit doesn't run here. You'll be at the mercy of rideshare or taxicabs. Breakfast is free. I didn't care for it. They do their best for what they have, I wanted waffles, I think that might be a different hotel.

The room I had was nice. The TV, bring your own remote. They are on lockdown so my tv the volume is so low I can't hear it. It is fixed now. The staff is nice, for some reason everytime I went to the front desk I felt like I was bothering them. Maybe it was just me?? There's a sign on the door leading to the pool says closed. The gym is open 24/7 I hate exercise. I'm still here for a while so I don't want to make anyone mad, I'll let you know how it plays out, till then.... Google on!

We have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are always clean. The staff have been very nice and accommodating, and that was some of the best rest I've had in a while.

Close to the arena. Folks very nice. Room was awesome. Very spacious. Had double burner in room unlike Home 2 Suites. I loved that. Very clean. Pool was under maintenance. Shower had two heads in it. Nice stand up shower. Very spacious bathroom. Wasn't trying to stand between mirror and commode for once. Loved this chain of hotel...

We loved our stay. If I could rate it higher I would the staff here was amazing. One particular staff member Jocelyn (hope I spelled it right) went above and beyond to make our stay welcome. Of course a few others also made it special. My son ended up being sick the last few days of our stay and they really cared about him and I felt like we really mattered to them.

If it's a doubt in your mind to stay here please read this. It's amazing and you will love the service here. <3

The rooms are cozy, and clean. The housekeeping staff is just wonderful. The head housekeeper Mrs. Maria is a Godsend. She makes sure the rooms are properly serviced which isn't necessary, her team are great at doing their job, but we are thankful for her. The front desk employees are helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or just want to get away for a weekend or even a month. The rooms have full kitchenettes and dishes. Anything your room is missing is usually available at the front desk. If not there is a Neighborhood WalMart literally right around the corner from the hotel. It is located in the most beautiful area of Mesquite that you could find.

Hotel & rooms are clean. Staff are all friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to Luis who saved my day when understood the complexity of an issue I had to deal with and jumped in to help without an issue. Thank you!

Great hotel to stay in!! My coworker and I stayed here for a conference for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Monica the sales manager was extremely helpful in answering all my questions as well as Conner and Matt for giving us a tour of the hotel. I love that all the staff was very nice and easily accessible, and I also loved the nice greeting every morning by Monica and Connor, just made us feel very welcomed!! The hotel is pet friendly, also a plus since I love traveling with my fur baby. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!! Very NICE!!!

This place is awesome. I stayed from January to March (for work) and the staff was amazing. From my first day, the staff remembered my name and made me feel at home. Candice, Roxanna and Desiree (from the front desk) were always there if I needed anything. They were there with suggestions on places for food and entertainment in the area. The housekeeping staff even kept my plant watered while I went home for a weekend! When my office sends me back, there is nowhere else I will stay!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. We got a suite and they are amazing! Breakfast was very good too. New hotel and first time using it after our AC unit stopped working. They ARE pet friendly!!! ❤❤❤🐾🐾🐾🐾... Recommend for locals and visitors!

We stayed here last week. The hotel had only been opened for two days. The rooms are nice and have a full kitchen with pots pans plates and silverware. Large bathrooms. I am sure we were the very first guests to stay in the room. The staff was perfect. Greeted us warmly each time we went through the lobby. The included breakfast was also really good.

Easy check in and out! Rooms were decent size and the AC was top notch. Good location too

I spent a total of 9 nights at this hotel while the foundation at my apartment home was being compromised. Inconveniently I was advised to leave my comfortable setting at my home and during this time I selected Hotel at TownePlace Suites as a first choice . Luckily I did because the receptionist the hotel supervisor house cleaning all made my stay here a stressless, relaxing, covienant, friendly stay. Yes the appliances the room setting everything was shockingly beautiful and warm!! Everything we needed was availabe to us and overall my kids were super impressed and enjoyed the free continental buffet style breakfast every morning before school!! We enjoyed home away from home 5 stars ☝ !!

This hotel was amazing! Perfect customer service. Our room was phenomenal. Very very very nice hotel. I would recommend this to everyone! Very affordable prices as well. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and when we come back to the area we will book here again.

Great hotel very friendly and helpful staff. My family stayed there after house flooded for over two months and felt right at home everything we needed was provided, great location. The hotel is very clean and has an awesome workout room I would recommend to all.

Excellence all across the board. Nothing better than a freshly cleaned bed & soft towels for that much anticipated shower after a long drive and I live in the Metroplex! Special thanks to Sabrina at the front desk for her enthusiasm & excitement is serving her guests. Thank you to Marriott for giving back to the employees as well, allowing them to enjoy their job. So rare these days, but I believe America is coming back after The fall of 2001.

Great place to stay. Service was awesome. Staff extremely friendly and tending to our every need. Bed comfortable, room great. Felt right at home. Breakfast was yummy. Overall great experience. Will be coming back soon.

The rooms are excellent and you have all you need for a long extended stay. Kitchen, dishes, dishwasher, stove top w two eyes, fridge , couches. Its nice 👌

Very clean, nice hotel for the price. There are two great outdoor seating areas and the coffee was good. Our room had a nice kitchenette with dishes and utensils. Great place!

This was one of the cleanest places I've stayed in, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. I love having a little kitchenette! Honestly wished I could've stayed longer.

Rooms & staff (Nicole & Tron especially) are great. Best free breakfast ever. Looking forward to that new hotel smell being gone when I come back next year :D
