I had a great experience here.. I’m writing this review for Vanessa and Eli and it was another young looking Hispanic guy that very very helpful and their customer service was over the top . Eli was very patient with me and I came in mad as hell for something they didn’t even do. Vanessa girl you were helpful THANK YOU even thou you was sleepy as hell🤣🤣🥴.. we had a good time and you took care of business I was extremely happy!!

I just went there to buy a new cellphone for my wife for Valentine's Day. The associates were very helpful.

This last week I got the run around from a store in Mesquite and was not happy until I went into this Lake June Store. Matt (Manager), Erik (IT), Judy(IT) and one other gentleman who assisted that I did not get his name were on point with what I needed and wanted to do in order to help me get everything fixed with my phone and get my account situated. They were professional, quick, polite and eager to help. I am greatly appreciative of their team and the time they took to assist me in my needs. Highly recommend this store over any other store that I have been to.

My husband and I went in today to get new phones at completely different times of the day and both had the easiest experience we've ever had. We will definitely be going back.

On this Thursday PM June 17 2021...I sit here w/ my fiance across from this amazing young gentleman 'ALEC' a Mobil Expert for TMobil off of Lake June Road in Balch Springs, Texas.

Alec has gone above and beyond w/ his customer care services. We are so impressed with his professional and pleasant demeanor. Extremely helpful, likable, polite and knowledgeable...He is indeed a Mobil Expert👍..

Incredible service! Roberto was detailed and quick to assist me in my issue. Kevin was also amazing and they were happy to explain and help me with all my troubleshooting and even got me a new phone 😁😁😁😁

Not sure what all the complaints are about. BFD you have to wait a minute Princess, you ain't anymore special than the guy in front of you or behind you. Suck it up, keep your place in line like we did and just chill. If you are in that big of a hurry, do it all online. We could have, but I am an ON HANDS KIND OF GUY. I want to feel it, see it and work it with my hands/fingers.

We went on the weekend, kind of busy, but Jose (I think that;'s his name) was on the ball. He not only got us into 2 new updated phones (Samsung Galaxy S10+), a B/T Boom Box so I can watch the wife wiggle and bop while she cleans or whatever, but two cases and even a 10.5 Samsung Tablet S4 with Pen and service for a good price all together.

If they had the tablet there without us waiting a few days, 5 stars! BUT, we had to wait, so there is an adjustment... LOL. OK screw it, 1 star for Jose's effort to make us happy. LOL

Seriously, he did everything he could, helped us, helped his co workers while our old phones were loading into the new ones, made sure we were aware of the process at pretty much every step and all of it with a smile. We had a good time over something like 3 hours, waiting and all.

The people at the store treated us and everyone that came in (busy day) as cautious as possible given the volume of traffic. I ain't any better than anyone else. I waited when it was time to wait, I went on when it was was my turn and I left when done. As far as I could tell, they all had hands on every customer, either in dealing or just the pleasant, "Hi, have you been helped yet?"

Sarhai was absolutely excellent!!!! She saved the day. She was absolutely excellent to work with and so knowledgeable and fast. She is an invaluable employee for Sprint....we need more like her thank you

Luz is the best and so is Kelsey and Karla .they all worked very hard to help me with my phone

Great customer service, the staff is polite especially brianna. She helped me do my switch over from tmobile. Unlike tmobile store on the other side of sprint, the honestly have the worst staff and is like the people that work there have attitude problems, and worst customer service there as well. So glad i did the switch.

I met Crystal a year ago and ever since she has given me good customer service and great knowledge and is a very nice young lady

I really appreciate the help from crystal today she walked up smiling giving off good energy really made me and my grandaughter feel welcome she was kind and determined to get the job done

We love Tmobile Tuesdays and the service we get when we have a phone issue
