The room was standard and clean; the hotel staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel is literally in the parking lot and adjacent to several restaurants, a mini amusement park, and interstate access.

I felt very safe as well.

Rooms were super quiet, we couldn't tell we were near a highway. Lots of great local eating options. Super friendly staff who seemed genuinely happy to have us stay there. The pool was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom had great water pressure and nice amenities. Only problem was the breakfast. Terrible. We just went out to eat instead. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Rooms were clean and odor free. Small gym and laundry facilities are offered. For the price the quality is on point. Asked for extra hangers since I’ll be here over two weeks. No problem, I received them quickly. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Spent 5 days here visiting my granddaughter. Clean quiet comfortable stay. My granddaughter loved the indoor pool. Hot tub was down but no biggie. Location is extremely convenient to mall, restaurants, amusement places anything you may need. Even though lots of construction going on not to bad getting in and out. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice but wanted to mention Johnnie at front desk and Ladora doing the breakfast they went above and beyond to make my stay so much nicer.

We were really pleased with this Fairfield Inn! The front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful, she greeted is every time we arrived or departed. The hotel is a little older but extremely clean and that's really what matters. The hallways and our room were immaculate! The bed in the room was perfect for someone with a bad back; firm but not hard. My only complaint was that there were no bananas or fruit on the breakfast. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Fairfield for a really nice nights sleep!

The most enjoyable thing about staying at this location was the front desk person JOHNNIE!!. SHE IS EXCELLENT ON EVERY LEVEL... I AM SITTING AT THE TABLE WORKING RIGHT NOW LISTENING TO HER NAVIGATE HER DAY. SHE DOES IT WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE AND IN HER VOICE

We recently stayed a night here and we loved it! The girl at the front desk had great customer service. I managed to accidently book a room for the wrong date! The receptionist was very understanding and even though they were at 98 percent capacity she still was able to get us a room. The rooms are pretty spacious and very clean. Super comfortable sheets, comforters and they even had down pillows! The rooms came with a mini fridge, microwave and a small coffee pot. The only downside is the fridge didn't seem to get cold at all. Also you have to go out of your way for the ice machine because it is located on the 1st floor. Overall all though it was a great place to stay overnight.

Great stay. Comfortable bed, clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was an idiot and booked a room for the wrong dates. When we went to check in, they were fully booked. I had a melt down. While we were scrambling to find another hotel, they managed to find us a room, find a discount for us, and provided us with cooks bottles of water despite the fact that they had fruit infused water available.
Our stay was wonderful. Our room was kept clean, breakfast was above average (cinnamon waffles, yum) and the staff could not have been friendlier.
In addition to how awesome the hotel was, the location in walking distance to restaurants and sports bars is ideal.
I highly recommend this hotel, and will suggest it to friends when they come visit.

Who checked us in was very knowledgeable of the area and was very courteous on the phone and in person and has a great attitude and smiling face and makes you feel welcome!!!! Pool and Amenities were all clean and in working order!!!

Excellent place to stay! Had a beautiful King Suite, super clean! Comfortable bed, had a fridge and microwave, nice bathroom, everything we needed. Great location within walking distance to several great restaurants. Delicious full hot breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of choices. We will definitely stay here again!!

The room was great! You could tell the amount of detail they go through to make sure your room is welcoming, comfortable, and satisfying. The breakfast provided in the morning had a great variety of options and was delicious. I love staying at Fairfield Inn & Suites and hope to continue to receive the amazing service during my future stays.

Location of the Hotel is very good. Multiple restaurants along the same street and the hotel sits next to an amusement park with plenty to do for kids. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good for a complimentary offering. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located to get around the region. Courtney made us feel welcome at check-in and paid attention to all of the details. Spent some time in the pool and spa which was clean and well maintained. Everyone from housekeeping to the breakfast person was friendly and attentive. Comfortable beds and room. I would stay here again.

Hotel smells great and looks clean as we enter the building. Dining area is tidy and well-maintained, and tables are thoroughly clean. Breakfast choices are varied with a lot of healthy options. Salvacion, the sweet lady in charge of breakfast, makes sure that every guest is welcome and gets taken cared of. Pillows and blankets are comfy and dainty white. Not a huge building so there is not so much traffic in the hallways and guests enjoy privacy.

Stayed there two different times in the last week... traveling with a teenager. Both times my kiddo left things behind... Johnnie was instrmental in getting them set aside and back in my hands. She was super sweet and super helpful! Hotel over all was clean and was a pleasant stay.

We stayed here 3 days I really appreciate how we’re treated specially the front desk employees name Alexia very professional! Thanks a lot we’ll definitely be back again!

My experience was fantastic, the front desk assistant Shannon was very friendly and patience she took the time to help me find my way to the Hotel. The night crew was the same way. The breakfast was great, the room very clean I even spoke with one of the boss Chanda she was very polite and helpful. I don't have any complaints.
