I stopped in to buy a recliner for my mom's new assisted living apartment and ended up buying everything she needs! Pablo M. was incredibly helpful, pricing was very competitive and some sales. Overall it was a lovely furniture shopping experience! I have already told one friend to go there for the bed she's looking for and I'll be talking to others also.

Geno was my salesperson and he is Awesome. Geno didn't pressure me he took his time with me and my husband. Overall he was Great and he made the purchases of my bedroom set a Success. Thank you so Much Geno for all your help. The two young ladies at the desk was so very nice and pleasant to talk too. I would recommend Quality Home for all my Friends and Family to get their furniture at a Reasonable Price.

The mattress was delivered as ordered, delivery guys very professional. The ordering process was very easy no hidden cost. Their transportation fees higher than the other company that i used $149 vs $109. Other than that i like the product, good quality.

Pablo was a beast, showed me exactly what I needed, and didn't try to over sale me like other places. The ladies up front where very kind and helpful.. overall 10 out 10.. for me.. even the other sales team where on point as well

The new store is very pleading, lots of new furniture to choose from. Our sales rep. Doug was very knowledgeable about the furniture. Like the fabric choices the mechanism on the recliners, took us around to see different looks, fabrics etc. We have used quality home for many years, and will continue to use them. I have purchased my bed, mattress, night stand and dresser.I purchased a sofa as well. Recently went to new location and purchased a recliner. Chris was my sale person and he was very nice and professional. This is what keep bringing me back because of great customer service. Great Team! Customer Service goes a long way. Brian assisted me and my girlfriend today and got us the best deal on a mattress, bed frame, AND sofa. Also Dominik was super helpful as well. 10/10 experience.

When they didn't have on display exactly what we wanted, we were surprised when Geno recommended another store that he felt might. We thought his gesture was reminiscent of the caring showed to Macys' customers in the classic Christmas movie Miracle on 34th Street. As it turned out, a few days later we contacted Geno to order for pick-up the entertainment unit that was not on display, as their policy would give us a full refund if we were not pleased with it after arrival. Heydi's processing of our order flowed smoothly and we received confirmations of the purchase and online payment by email within a few minutes. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our purchase experience at Quality Home in Mesquite.

Great customer service
I went in to look for a mattress I was greeted and shown where they were the sales person G allowed me to look around and test out the mattresses without pressure and hovering around which is a PLUS.
I went home and thought about it worked out the numbers came back In with the same great salesman G and purchased

I love this place. I was all over the place and waiting to close on a new place. They held my furniture I chose for me and never hassled me about picking it up.
