Capital One Bank

I read all the reviews and was shocked. I drive from Kilgore and have never had a problem with this bank. They have always been kind and handled every situation in a professional manner. Saw people complaining about hours and don't know why, they are open 9-5 like most banks and they are also open on Saturday. I personally think they are great.

I had to do some banking and your Lead Teller Erwina Bridges did an outstanding job helping me resolve my banking needs. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the services offered. I went in to close my account, but I decided to keep my savings account open thanks to the information she gave me. Keep up the great work!
