Today was my first visit to see Dr. Patel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I was escorted to an examination room right on time. Dr. Patel came in within a few minutes and completed x-rays quickly and clearly advised the course of treatments, including options. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist, to the technician and including Dr. Patel were professional but at the same time warm and personable. I could not have asked for a better experience. I look forward to having Dr. Patel as my permanent dentist from this point forward.

I went to a dentist 6 mos ago as I had an unexplained stain on my teeth. I don't smoke, I drink moderate amts of coffee, lots of water, etc.
I was charged an exorbitant amount, not provided with any kind of cleaning or advice on how to prevent this from happening again, and recommended for an expensive deep cleaning at a future visit.
Today, I visited Dr. Patel for an initial consult. Not only did they conduct an initial exam and obtain X-rays but they also provided the most thorough cleaning I've ever gotten from any dentist. All my stains are GONE. The stains from my permanent retainer on my bottom teeth that other dentists have said require a deep cleaning? GONE. My teeth are bright white and beautiful. I feel confident and don't have to hide my teeth when I smile now. My entire family has found a new dentist. I will be recommending all our family and friends to make a visit with PS Dental. I had very painful teeth infection on Thursday. Dr Purvi Patel’s office was closed.
Since it was such a painful infection, I had no choice but call to her office. She promptly replied and prescribed me antibiotics right away. And gave me appointment Friday even though she is always booked.

This was my first visit to PS Dental. They sent an online pre-check, which expedited check in. They were timely, efficient, pleasant and comprehensive. Liked both, the dental assistant, Nishi, and the Dentist, Dr. Patel.
