I would like to start by saying "Thank You" David Kiatta is a very respectable and professional Attorney. Although I was very disgruntled In the beginning he made sure that he was in my corner. I definitely will refer him to anyone I know in the future that would need a old school Attorney, David Kiatta is without a doubt my go to Attorney no matter what the problem is he will take care of it. I don't know where to begin, Mr.Kiatta is honestly the best I've ever seen. He is honest to the bone like no other. Let’s face it, no one is an angel. There comes a point in your life when you make a mistake & you will need to get help to fix your mistake.

As for me, I needed legal help and @ the same time someone I can trust. Not just to tell me what I want to hear just to get paid. I searched all over and that would talk to me, but they all wanted me to come in for a consultation and with a fee. David was the only one that would talk to me over the phone. I felt his good energy through the phone. When I met him and his staff they made me feel very comfortable and with no judgment with what I did.
I’m sure the prices varies by the type of case. David offered me a payment plan for his services, which was very fair. That was something that all the other lawyers I called did not offer that.
May case lasted about a year, and the end result was what I had prayed for - DISMISSED!

0430 25 Dec. Christmas morning in Fort Bend, Texas, a young man decided to steal from me. I saw him breaking in on my security cameras. I addressed the issue and the burglar. I am a Black man in Texas. Even with footage from my surveillance cameras and being well within the requirements of the castle doctrine, (this happened between dusk and dawn, and on property under my control) I still needed an attorney. From the moment I first spoke with Attorney Kiatta he was respectful and empathetic. He made me feel as though he understood my fear as well as made me comfortable. He also expertly explained the process and kept me up to date as the case progressed. Attorney Kiatta was always reasonably available. When I would call and he was unavailable he’d text right back saying “I’LL CALL YOU RIGHT BACK…!!” or something to that effect and he did. He sat outside my murder grand jury hearing and was the first person I saw when I walked out. (Defense Attorneys aren't allowed in the court during a grand jury hearing) No Bill!!!! I’m beyond thankful for this generous man.
