Made Ya Smile Sugar Land

This place feels like home, when I walk in I’m greeted by the warm friendly staff members who were able to answer all my insurance questions ( I had several). Then I was greeted by Uirel who talked me through the process that I was going to be going through. I then meet Julien man did this gentleman work a miracle on my mouth he even showed me how to floss never knew there was a right and a wrong way. He also gave me tips on how to ensure a healthy mouth with special toothpaste and brush. I final met Dr. Nathan his bedside manner was impeccable. Overall I rate this place a 5 start and I will be encouraging my family and friends to try this place out.

GREAT!! From start to finish, the service and professionalism was perfect. So very sorry to hear that this location is closing, but I'll be researching the other Made Ya Smile locations, and where Dr. Nathan is practicing dentistry.

Best dental experience, Monica is very informative and Julien answered all my questions/concerns about my oral health. Makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

I always enjoy my visit at Made you Smile Dental. They are moving away from my area and I will have to drive further. It is worth it.

Although it is a drive to Sugarland, I have liked this Madeyasmile. I am sorry to see it close, with only 2 remaining offices to choose from.

My experience at Made Ya Smile was great from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was called in right away. Ding did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. He made sure I was comfortable as he could tell I was nervous. He even numbed my gums that were having some sensitivity. Tony and Dr. Nathan took care of my filling with so much professionalism. They also made sure I was comfortable. It was over before I knew it. Everybody knows what they are doing and did a great job accommodating me as I was having a lot of anxiety. It went so well that I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

A great visit I have to say Julien is the best person ever cleaned my teeth! He and Dr Nathan made me Smile 😂 thanks

Julien was our hygienist and he was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, positive and understood my concerns. This was my first time meeting him and by the end of the appointment he seemed like a friend I knew for awhile. He definitely made my cleaning a pleasant experience. I will absolutely schedule with him again. As far as Dr. Joe, he is simply the BEST and I 100% trust him with all aspects of mine and my family’s dental care.

Today, I was scheduled for my routine cleaning and let’s just say I received so much more. The management team has made some very noticeable changes to their staffing, from the way I was greeted all the way down to my full service experience. I felt comfortable and got to laugh a little, without the laughing gas of course. One new addition that stood out the most was their newest member Mr. Julian. He provided me with oral hygiene options and new techniques. You can really tell he takes pride in his passion. I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and I can honestly say that I was unaware that I was missing out on something. They actually felt clean. He applied the perfect touch. There was no pain, judgement, residue left on my teeth or plaque.Well done!!! I will definitely return. Thank you for the superb additions, my dental family!!!

Julien was my hygienist today at Made Ya Smile Sugar Land but he was not my regular. He gave me an amazing experience today. I said to myself another staff change. Much to my surprise he was AWESOME!!! and his flossing was above great he needs to instruct others how to floss people teeth. He was gently yet strong. He did not just push the floss down on your gums, but push with force but gently. It was so incredible I am still in disbelief . I hope he is there for a long time. He also showed me how to floss and that was first in my entire dental experiences and there have been many. Thank you again Julien for this amazing dental experience. See you in September.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the staff was excellent from receptionist to dentist and hygienist. They gave me a lot of information and they didn’t mind answering any concerns I had. I would highly recommend friends and family to come to made ya smile in Sugarland Tx. I will definitely be going back for any of my dental concerns. This staff was EXCELLENT. They will make you feel comfortable and at ease if your like me and had a couple of bad experiences. I waited to write my review because I wanted to see if there would be consistency in professionalism and friendly attitude. I am please to say that after four visits everything remains the same. They were transparent with all aspects of my procedure. I just want to thank the staff for a job well done especially Jennifer Rda.

I have been a patient at Made Ya Smile Sugar Land for a few years now and have never thought to leave a review until today. I believe I had one of my best experiences today when I got my teeth cleaned by Arie. She was so kind and informative and even went above and beyond while making sure my teeth were in tip top shape. She was very relatable and is a wonderful Hygienist. I hope I get to work with her again!

I would like to give a BIG shout out to Make Ya Smile Dental of Sugar Land, TX. I was referred to them by my loved ones insurance provider. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of them, but I set up an appointment anyway. When we got there, we were greeted by Jalisha at the front desk. She took our information and handed us over to Uriel. After getting set up by Uriel, we were then handed over to Julien, who took great care of my loved one. By the time we got to see Dr. Troung, we felt right at home. I have to say that the entire experience was AWESOME! Thank you Make Ya Smile of Sugar Land!

Julien the RDH was great he explained everything to me throughout my cleaning and was courteous enough to numb my gum areas before treating those sensitive areas with the laser, l hope that he is a permanent hygienist, because I have been coming to the Sugarland location for a number of years now and Julien is only the second hygienist that l have had clean my teeth and did an excellent job. Jennifer the RDA was great as well, she was responsible for all of the pre work that was needed before the actual teeth cleaning took place, she was very professional and answered all of my questions, l enjoyed having her in the room yesterday, her customer service skills are exemplary.

I just has my first dental appointment at Made Ya Smile and it was a perfect and smooth experience. The front desk ladies, the hygienist and dentist were all so welcoming. My hygienist was Arie, who was extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I learned a few things I hadn’t been told at my past dentist offices, which was fantastic. Overall, 10/10. I know the dentist can be a drag sometimes, but this is the place to go to avoid that!!

Breaking a tooth is a scary experience. Dr. Nathan informed me that a crown was needed and it could be done right away.

Ms. Jennifer was a angel and created a perfectly matched temporary crown and explained what was happening every step of the way.

Very satisfied with the process.

This was an amazing dental experience. Julian, Uriel, Jennifer and the receptionist made for a great experience. They made extra time for what I needed. Made time to explain every detail and the Dentist was humorous yet professional. I am definitely going to continue dental care here.
