Injury 1 of Fort Worth

I have spent the last couple months in this facility and I have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is friendly and determined to get you back to work. Becky, the office manager has nothing but your best interest at heart. If you have any concerns or problems that detour your recovery, she will not just listen but actually take it into consideration and do her best to kept you moving forward. That goes for all of the staff. I have never felt more comfortable in a counseling session then I have with Jo. The front office girl, Pearla(not Carla) has a great balance between being professional and friendly. Gladys is a sweetheart that will go up and above to make you feel comfortable and keep you pushing yourself to your Goals. Dr. Mohr is simply fantastic. Overall, they have great team that will not only get you back to work but will make it fun along the way. Some offices make you feel like victim but this office makes you feel like a suvivor. If I ever have another work related injury or an injury in general that requires extra attention, this Injury 1 facility will be my go to.

This program has helped me so much! Im very greatful I got the opportunity to come here and get my treatment back on track. I was honestly in a pretty dark place before i came here, being screwed around by other drs and having my trust in the system completely broken.
Becky, the office manager worked really hard at setting me up with a new team of drs to get me back on track. She also took time to help me go threw insurance papers i didn't understand. She really went out of her way to help me.
Pearla the secretary is so nice! And she is really good at getting any information you need about the program or finding anything in the file your looking for! She also gets referrals sent asap when ever needed!
Gladys the rehab tech is a very nice lady as well. She is very knowledgeable in her job and pushes us to do our best every day! The whole experience has really helped turn my whole outlook around.
The program is positive and it was good to get out of the house and back into something to help me get my life back on track. I know i still have a ways to go, but these people here have made me feel like its no longer an impossible goal to reach! Thank you so much for all the help and support Injury 1 team!

The staff at Injury 1 Fort Worth are simply the best in the business! Dr. Jo, Mrs. Becky, Dr. Mohr, Carla (not Perla) and Gladys all work together to form a treatment plan that is specific to the individual patient. Unlike insurance adjusters they understand that true rehabilitation involves A LOT more than simply being able to lift a certain amount of weight. It involves nutrition, mental health, and strength and resistance training, and much more! They ensure that your treatment plan is catered to YOU, not your insurance company. They are ever watchful, but never intrusive. I highly recommend Injury 1 Fort Worth to anyone who has suffered an injury.

I just want to say I had a great experience going to Injury one Ft Worth everybody was so professional and kind Perla (my bff)at the front desk when you first walk in was so sweet and always greeted you with a smile on her face, Although she was our drill Sergeant, she was the nicest drill Sergeant you’d ever want to meet😃. I Just love all of the staff Becky was kind and friendly, Jo and Aleta did great jobs in
All our groups And Bio was really nice and relaxing, thanks to Chris in therapy for pushing me to get back to the work world, Dr Moore (Mohr)? She is so great she treats you so respectful And hands on, you really wouldn’t know she was a Dr because she’s so good with her people. Dr Gardner is wonderful he was great also,he helps you and never rushes you he is very patient with you and I was thankful for that, but I do have to say he has to get a better college FB team(BYU) Lol 😂😂go UofU. But last but not least little Gladys, she is awesome she has such a sweet soul and is very nice, will do anything for her patients she made the WH a smooth transition with her kindness I can’t say enough about her and the other staff.Thanks Gladys for making me coffee each morning your rock!!!!

P.S. please order Perla some wireless headsets she really deserves them because she multitask so much😀 thank you all god bless.

The program at this facility is legit. I've been going for 2 short weeks and in that time I've increased strength by 45%. Another couple of weeks of this and I'll be back to work. All thanks to the amazing staff there (Perla, Becky, Gladys, and Jo to name a few) that work together as a team to add that family feel to the care you need to get back on your feet. Thanks! Y'all are awesome!

Injury one is a great place to get you back to work from an on the job injury. Everyone that works there is very polite, friendly, and insightful on things you need to do to get back to work after an injury. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me.

The whole team was great. They made me feel happy and whole again. Gladys and Perla were my favorites. In that order. Haha just kidding they are both cool and knowledgeable and made me laugh.

Being part of the injury one program has really enrich my life. The whole team is professional and courteous. I would recommend this program and this facility to those who are in need of physical therapy.

Doctors, administrators and therapist are very courteous and attentive.

This place is horrible. My husband has received nothing but horrible care. To the point of pushing him to do things where we ended up in her. The place smells. The Dr Gist directing his care could care less and no know nothing. His office cancels appts and he has no clue about treatment. Infact his documentation had hurt my husband's case. He is extremely difficult to work with. Please never go to this place for let him treat your family member. Learn from our mistake.
