Loved this place. So elegant, Texan, vibes like a traditional European Pub..lots of wood. It has a nice outdoor area. Excellent service 👌 Like few in the area. Draft beer plus they can make any international beverage.

Daily specials, weekly specials, monthly themed drinks, and the cocktails are made with smaller, craft spirits and limited releases of more well-known brands. There are cool flights with whiskies you don’t see everywhere. $3 off all Old Fashioneds on Thursdays is my personal favorite special. I love the dark woods and two-level experience with pool tables. A smoke-free, covered seating area outside that has a fireplace for chilly weather is perfect for getting fresh air. Nice, long bar and a few cool finds for whisk(e)y fans. They also have a better pub fare menu than many places I’ve been. I’ve been coming here for a couple of months and I don’t even live that close. Great spot! Amber is the best!

Went here on a Thursday night after my 50th birthday party and it was a cool little pub, perfect vibes after a party to wind down!! Will definitely go back!!

Amber was a great bartender! She took great care of us & offered us drinks off the menu that were AMAZING. Great hole in the wall spot.

Hidden gem, at least for us out-of-towners! Located down an alleyway with a few other shops. Great cocktails and nice selection of craft beers. Don't sleep on the Pecan Old Fashioned!

What I fun little pub. We joined some friends for trivia night. There’s no food or servers (at least the night we were there. ) we just grabbed food at twisted root and brought it over. Bartenders were super friendly and attentive.

21 year.olds first legal drink. Could not have done it at a better place.

The bartender was “Great”!!! Very Nice place to hang out, chill, and talk. The atmosphere was good inside, we went on a weekday and was pretty quite. We had our own time to chill & gossip. Will be definitely back

Great Irish Pub! The venue is really beautiful and I love the wood walls and bar. Looks cool! My husband likes the beer selection. The bartenders are fun and helpful and you can order food from nearby restaurants and they deliver to Hooligans. We really enjoy it!

James is the best bartender ever! I follow him wherever he go because he is so good! He is very good people and fun to talk to. Nice size parking for it to be downtown Arlington and it's a cool spot. A couple of pool tables upstairs, clean bathrooms and a nice well lit and warm inviting patio.

Nice place to hang out, chill, and talk. Good atmosphere inside, though noisy, but outdoor seating is plentiful. Smoking seems to be allowed outside, so good place to enjoy a Guinness and a pipe/cigar without being bothered.

I loved how friendly the people here are! We accidentally went to this place and it turned out to be the best on our graduation night! The entrance looks almost hidden! Trust the maps and the whole place gives Christmas vibes 🌲

This charming, out-of-the-way, hard-to-find cocktail cum craft beer bar is a beautiful nod to the Irish pubs of yore. Dark wood panels surround the room, while a dark wood bar sits prominently along one wall with plenty of seats available. While snugs aren't prevalent, there is ample seating for a decent sized party in addition to a soft-tipped dart machine and pool tables in the loft.
The staff is always friendly and eager to help and the owners have stamped their personalities on the place with adornments and art. The prices are exceptionally reasonable and are amongst the lowest in the area. While there is no kitchen, they have partnered with nearby restaurants to provide food for their patrons.
This is a place I cannot recommend highly enough in an area that is soon to be teeming with bars.

Hooligans was a very chill bar. We went on a Tuesday night, spring break, so it may have been more tame than a weekend. Regardless, we loved the atmosphere. The barkeep was very kind. They had 2.50 special for fireball shots, pool table, and dart board upstairs. All around a nice place. I definitely recommend a visit.

Been here a couple times since it opened. Not sure if it's related to the old Hooligans, but I like this place a lot more. It's nice and classy, great selection of beer, liquor and other adult beverages. No indoor smoking, since it is Arlington, but there are tables and benches out front that are considered part of the bar, so you can comfortably take your drink outside if you need a cigarette. Overall, I like it. On the off chance I find myself going out for drinks, Hooligans is on my short list of preferred options.

This is one of my favorites. The atmosphere is unexpected and beautiful. The drinks are pretty expensive but they are creative and delicious. They were very accommodating and kind when I made the reservation for my birthday party there.

Good service. It wasn't that busy though. Can take your drink outside to the seating area or to True vinyl record store. We ordered food there which they brought in from the Flying Fish. Did was fantastic.
