Best H‑E‑B pharmacy I’ve used. Always get my medications ready quickly. Staff is nice

The pharmacy staffs are friendly and helpful. I switched here from big drugstore because I felt the big places don't have time for me. Recently I filled a prescription here at HEB. It was quite pricy even with insurance, staff helped me look up other discounts I could use. I'm very thankful for them.

The pharmacy staff here is so sweet and fast to get prescriptions out to you! They even come out to help you find what you’re looking for around the pharmacy. They have excellent customer service too, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Better than other chains they were nice

I’ve had several sick family members recently so I’ve had to come here often and every visit was positive. Quick service, the staff was very friendly and informative, medications were correct and the pharmacists went over everything in detail.

I switched to HEB Pharmacy because of how wasteful Walgreens had become. They had huge pill boxes (for normal tiny 30 ct scripts) and lots of plastic bags and I just couldn't contribute anymore to the waste. HEB uses small paper bags which I LOVE. I love the size of the pill bottles but they are hard for me to open with my carpal tunnel. So I just fill my pill boxes and use another pill box if it's something separate I need to take every day. The portal needs a lot of work. They need to introduce linked spouse accounts because I manage my husband's scripts. It would just make it a lot easier. And just general capabilities could be improved on their app, but it gets the job done. It would also be nice if they made earlier hours for us early birds trying to pick up our scripts before work. Staff has been friendly enough and haven't had any issues.

The pharmacist asked me if I would like the $26.xx one, or the $13.xx one, for, according to her, the identically same medicines - I’m still intrigued by what was going on in her mind when she asked me this question. But I really appreciate the consideration (to ask). And later she asked if I want “xzbcz” or “oebggf”, I suppose they were medical terms for those medicine or different brands. I’m I supposed to know abt these? I’ve decided that next time I would walk in instead of drive through, to get educated.

I have had several experiences in the past that were pleasant. However, in the last few months they have been terrible. They have no concerns for their customers. At least no concern for me.
The most recent experience I contacted them twice to renew a prescription and no action was taken.
I contacted my physician and he called the prescription in yesterday. When I went to pick it up today it was not ready. I complained and told them I was not satisfied and was considering moving my business to another pharmacy they had no reply other than ok.

Incompetent staff, refilled a prescription that I was no longer taking. Something we had told them last month when they refilled it. I received a text saying I had a refill ready, before I even left I noticed and went right back. But nope, they can’t refund.

Take your businesses elsewhere.

very rude staff! Not sure who i talked to - pharmacist or tech, but regardless of the title, very rude communication, i will rather take my business elsewhere! I work in the medical field and I will not recommend or use this pharmacy myself! I get it if you are busy but there’s a way to communicate it to the patient! Administration needs to pay attention!

Wife went for a pickup and they closed while she was standing there at 735pm when they are supposed to close at 8
