Walked in the door and was greeted by Ron. Great customer service! Had an idea of what I was looking for and Ron was able to help me find it. No hard sale, great quality items. Came back a few more times and bought furniture that I think I’m going to love for years to come. La-Z-Boy did a fantastic job and I’ll be back soon for accessories.

Pat was extremely patient and most helpful with suggestions for design, colors and possible configurations of a sectional. He worked hard to get us a good price.

While looking I purchased some accent pillows that matched my chair. He is a great salesperson, an help to make my day. I will support this location & refer all my family & friends.

Kevin Washington is an amazing manager. He was helpful in making sure I got what I wanted today. The other location said they didn't have the fabric I wanted so I went with this and I got lucky. :-) Very willing to work with me and all that jazz. I'm looking forward to getting my special order. :-)

Ron was the best! I have had my current recliner for 16 years. Walked in, showed him a picture, and was able to purchase the same exact one. Was in and out in less than an hour.

This is a great place for recliners. They are a full service furniture store but recliners are their sweet spot. All recliners are basically customed designed at competitive prices. Associate are not overly aggressive but helpful. I bought a recliner and happy with it.

Excellent selection of lift chairs, very comfortable, wide variety of colors and fabrics. We searched many places, they offered 1 or 2 types, Lazy boy had 5 or 6 different chairs, just in the show room. All made in America. We were also looking for a love seat. Our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful On all products. Once she understood what we needed, she showed us the various options to fit our requirements. We purchased the lift chair and love seat. My Mom said it was the most comfortable couch she ever sat in. We were impressed with LazyBoy quality, selection and personnel. We are recommending them to our friends and family.

This Store is hands down the best I have ever purchased from!! As a Chef, I host filmed events at my home as well as clients and the furniture must always be immaculate. I called this location and the service was prompt, friendly and informative so by the time I arrived, I had an idea of what I wanted. The service started at the door and was welcoming. The staff was not pushy or invasive but never too far when I needed them. I found exactly what I needed and a few more pieces that complimented my choices. The most awesome part was that I received a call from the General Manager a couple of days later checking to make sure I enjoyed my purchases and I needed anything else. The small things! Several clients and people I work with told me similar stories after the fact. Great Job and this location will get my business as long as I live in Texas!!!

I purchased a recliner recently at the Sugar Land location. Tim Jackson assisted us ensuring we purchased exactly the size chair for my height. Tim worked with us to make certain we had a full understanding of all options and features. He didn’t push us at all, he just wanted to make certain we were satisfied with our purchase. The chair was delivered as promised and we could not be more pleased. Tim and the rest of staff there we met were friendly and professional.

Sales man was competent, knowledgeable and professional. He was particularly helpful in explaining to my understanding of the types of materials and services available. He was not overly verbal. Nor did he waste time.
The 2 items I purchased were closed quickly. Thank you for hiring such capable staff..

Went in with the intention of looking for a couple of reclining accent chairs. There was no high-pressure sales attempt. Sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as they answered our questions, told us about a few of the chairs and all the various fabric colors and patterns available. Find something we hadn't found in 5 other furniture stores and placed an order. It was an overall great experience!
