We contacted Above All Roofing and Construction to bid on our roof after we read in their reviews that we knew several of the people that had used Above All Roofing for their roof replacement, and that he lived in our neighborhood.
Larry came out right away and gave us a very competitive bid. Our roof was 20+ years old, and insurance was not going to offer any help. Larry's bid offered top quality materials, and a very nice warranty on workmanship.
Their construction crew was on-time, and very efficient. Our project was completed in the same day, and the crew, Larry, and his son all worked diligently to do a fantastic job on our new roof and perform a flawless cleanup.

Larry Posten and his company recently installed a new roof on our home. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Larry’s work, his professionalism, and his willingness to go beyond the call of duty to take care of the small details. To better appreciate Larry’s commitment to excellence, however, we must say a few words about all our experiences with his roofing and construction company.

We have known Larry for a long time. Over 15 years ago, we hired Larry’s company to install a new roof on our house and remodel our garage apartment. He did excellent work for very reasonable prices. But the main reason we kept working with Larry all these years was his willingness to listen to and work with his clients. For example, we wanted a roof with specifications that went well beyond Houston’s building code so that it would be more resistant to hurricane winds. Larry immediately agreed to implement the Miami-Dade County roof specifications and personally supervised his crew to ensure they did everything correctly.

We kept asking Larry to inspect our roof every few years. During an inspection last December, Larry discovered that our roof had suffered serious hail damage. He showed us pictures from the roof and consulted weather records, which confirmed that our area was hit by a hailstorm in June of 2023. Larry also inspected the inside of our house and discovered two small leaks. We contacted our insurance company, and they sent an independent inspector to check our roof. After the inspector confirmed the extent of the damage, our insurance authorized the installation of a new roof. Larry worked with us and the insurance company to ensure a smooth approval of our claim.

Again, we wanted to have the highest standards for our roof, both in terms of the roofing materials used and the roof’s ability to withstand hurricane-strong winds. Larry and Matt, Larry’s son, did an excellent job supervising their crew. We were again impressed by the quality of the construction and by how smoothly the new roof installation went. After the roofing crew had finished, Larry and Matt swept the ground around our home with two large magnets to ensure they caught all the nails that had fallen off during construction. Finally, Larry filled out all the necessary paperwork so that we could receive the Silver Pledge Warranty from the shingles manufacturer, which certified that the roof met all the requirements to withstand 130 miles-per-hour winds.

In summary, we can’t say enough good words about Larry’s commitment to excellent service and workmanship. We are customers for life.

They were knowledgeable, timely and effective. We won’t have to worry about our roof for sometimes to come.

My family and I recently moved to the area and we were looking for a contractor like we had where we were from in the north: reliable, friendly, prompt, accurate, and good quality with their work. Look no further to Larry and his crew. He's honest, fair, and does a great job. He sends photos of what he did and details everything in his invoice. I would strongly recommend him for all your needs.

If you are in need of roofing construction project, I would strongly recommend Above All. The owner Larry installed our roof when it was in need of replacement after approaching its end of life. We used Above All roofing. A few years later, when we saw an issue due to heavy rains, the owner immediately came over and discovered it was the big piles of debris blocked the gutter preventing it from having proper irrigation on the roof. He went up to the roof with his tools and performed a clean-up and hose washed our green wall. He didn't charge us, which I insisted on paying. He said it's his pleasure to do the labor for us. A few years later which is today, we had squarirls chewing off our roof shingles with a big hole and roof damage, I called him to repair our roof. On the next day, Larry and his son did 4 hrs of hard work, and they replaced everything to as new condition. I noticed his son is well mannered. That tells me the owner's parenting and integrity is 5 star, too. In conclusion, I would strongly recommend a company like Above All because I know I an in good hands and I can count on them if there is any question or issue.

During the purchase of a new home in October of 2023, the inspector discovered the roof needed to be replaced. We got several quotes from competing vendors including from Above All Roofing and Construction. Once we finally closed and moved in this January, we reached back out and much to our surprise, the same quoted price from several months back was honored. Communication was excellent, the roof looks and is performing great... and the install / cleanup was completed in a single day! Definitely recommend!

Larry and his crew installed gutters completely around my house and did an outstanding installation. They even returned to complete a 25’ run where the facia boards needed to be replaced before gutters could be installed. I highly recommend Above All Roofing and Construction.

Our roof was replaced in 2020 by Above All Roofing. I had many questions and Larry Posten guided me through all of them. I explained how extremely hot our attic was and he suggested a lighter colored shingle, solarhide - a radiant barrier underlayment, and an electric attic fan (Larry explained why he preferred this over solar). He and his staff were professional and worked in a timely manner. Larry made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I replaced my entire roof within two days. Mr. Larry Posten, Matt Posten and his team did such an excellent job, totally exceeded my expectations. I used to think that replacing my entire roof would be troublesome and time-consuming. But Mr. Posten and his crew did such a professional and smooth job. Very rarely, I felt so peaceful and trustworthy working with a contractor. Beyond the great workmanship on the roof and a very reasonable price, they are also very responsible. Amazing job by Larry, Josh, and their crew! After Hurricane Harvey, my house started having several leaks in the roof and related issues. Larry is very helpful and honest in explaining the damage, helping with insurance inspection, and renovation. His crew worked around my busy schedule and hustled to replace my entire roof in a day and half, just before another big storm came in. No more leaks! He also replaced the rotten wood, drywall, door jambs, and repainted the interior ceiling. Absolutely amazing professional job, even the cleanup was super meticulous. My yard is cleaner than it was before. It is rare to find a team so hard working and honest. Highest recommendations.
