My disabled husband needs two different sizes and special treatment buying shoes. New Balance always accommodates his needs in a pleasant manner and secures the sizes he needs. If not in stock they arrange quick delivery at no cost. Five star service every time.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with this store and the assistant manager, Grace. I drove an hour to this location to pick up a gift for Christmas. I hit traffic and called to tell her I would be there right at the time the store was closing. She told me not to worry because she would wait for me to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Grace, by far, provides exceptional service and is very knowledgeable with her products. My wife left there ecstatic with her choice thanks to Grace. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent Sales girl who was able to assist our family buy new shoes. She found everything we were looking forward and nothing like a great pair of 990's.....We love them.

I called to see if they had a specific shoe/size and although they didn't they offered to order it to the store. Arrived quickly also! Great customer service everyone was helpful!

The shoe salesman was professional and gave me his undivided attention. He took the necessary time and measurements I needed to ensure I walked out with the right set of shoes for the career and duties I perform to increase comfort and eliminate pain in my feet, hips, and back! I wear a 13AA and when I can walk into a shoe store, be waited on by a knowledgeable, helpful person, have a selection of shoes in my size, and walk out with a pair, I am a very happy camper.

Just Fa-bu-lous!!

Alyssa soooo helpful and patient to measure and found that my foot had changed! ( I've been a Brooks Addiction customer for 15+ years.) Left the store with 2 pairs of shoes and feet HAPPY!

They were able to get my son measured and some new kicks. He has a wide foot so the shoes were perfect.

We really appreciated CJ, Alyssa, and Grace. They gave amazing customer service. Grace was very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we wanted and the perfect fit. This was our first time in the store and we will be back. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Update:
So my shoes did end up in UPS heaven. The owner gave us a call to help us with our situation. The shoes I wanted were no longer available in-store or online so we did the next best thing. I was able to pick a pair for the same style and size in-store. Even though it’s not the color I wanted, I now have a pair of shoes that fit great.

The service in store is fantastic. Super friendly and helpful to answer all of my questions. But if for whatever reason your shoes are not in store during the holidays, please don’t have them shipped to you. Ordered my shoes in store 12/2. And they were shipped around 12/15. Makes sense it’s busy. The where in route to be delivered on 12/20. Then at the end of 12/20 tracking information says “sender requested that we hold this package”. So I call new balance customer service to find out what happened. They have no idea what I’m talking about. Maybe a glitch in the system. In their defense, the people at their customer service were super nice and really tried to help. Now my shoes are in UPS heaven with no plans to make it to the holding facility so I can pick them up. Sooo… I hear they have great shoes but I wouldn’t know.

series with a rollbar... exceptional walking shoes for "problem" feet.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff help you find what is best for your feet. This is not cheap. But if you get good footwear, you will notice the difference and not care about the price.

I love the New Balance Store in Arlington! I have been a customer there for several years.
What I like about them is the employees there seem to know everything about their product, which helps me in making my decision on the right fit. I have sent several of my friends and family to them and they are always happy with the fit, and comfort.

I told the sales person exactly what I wanted and she got it right!

You need to be sure & give Grace a bonus!! She was phenomenal!! I needed a size 18 with a roll bar to prevent pronation for ankle problems. None were available at the time, but in spite of some phone tag issues, she stuck with it. Placed the order at the right time to be sure I’d get them when released. She’s also helping me to get a second pair in black as well. You rock Grace!! Thank you for all your help, stick-to-itness & attention to details.
