U.S. Bank Branch

I've gone in twice to setup business bank accounts here and have had a great experience both times. Yes, it took a little longer than I might have expected, but they were always polite and kind to me as well as my children and they got everything done for me that I needed. They were very accommodating as well in making sure I had all my questions answered.

Friendly and helpful staff. I refer US Bank to many because of my great experiences with them for 25+ years.

I have been trying to track down a delinquency on my credit for a few years now I have been to several US Banks and Tammy was the first person to actually give me a number of someone I could talk to.

The bank reps have been fantastic. I drive from SLC to visit this branch when i can

I have a bunch of accounts here and these guys take great care of me. I'm happy to recommend them.

This is the greatest branch, and always the people here are very professional, yet friendly & inviting.

A Matt couldn't even understand a basic statement and then was flat-out wrong on what I needed to do to enable my debit card to work again. Also, a female staffer thought that nothing probably could be done to enable my card to work again and she was wrong.
The only thing that keeps this rating from being one star is because the staff was friendly when I came to make deposits.

Very rude customer service reps both times I have gone in. One time my atm got stuck in the machine and one associate acted like he knew what he was talking about but didn’t and one guy laughed. I will be reporting the employee to us bank corporate cause I have his business card and reporting the employee for keeping my card and being rude and disrespectful . Be more professional. You lost a us bank customer for life!!

Had an account I don't use anymore that got charged from a Spotify subscription I forgot to update with new bank info. It sat and incurred fees for a month I had no idea about. The charged over $170 in fees and would only partially remove some. I'm stuck with $120 of it. Thanks US bank for taking my money.

I sat in line for 20 minutes while a customer talked about an issue that is related to the loan officer but spoke with the only tellar. Terrible customer service
