I have to say for anyone looking to build a custom home or a semi custom home to go to Royal Lakes Manor in Richmond, it is very impressive and you can clearly see the quality and professionalism of this builder. The flexibility that this builder gives you is outstanding and a very good price. Being a Construction contractor myself, I made the decision to build my own home and save on some costs, but I was seriously considering this builder after I visited their home site and model home. Their “Goliath Garage Homes” is such a unique feature that will make you instantly fall in love with the standard 8 ft door customizable to a 9 ft door. The features are endless with this builder that you cannot go wrong, with a very reasonable price. I spoke to several residents there and they couldn’t be happier with their purchase.
