Karla was my hygienist at Family Smiles in Sugar Land, and she was a delight. She was professional but extremely kind, gentle and caring. If every dentist visit in my life had been as easy as this one, I wouldn’t have dreaded going each time.
Also, Sam in reception was really nice and helpful, in addition to being very efficient. It’s people like these two who make necessary things like a dentist painless.

Going to this dental office for many years. Great dentist and very pleasant. Always gives you an option for any dental work according to your insurance and budget. I will not trade to any other dentist provided that they can accept my dental insurance.

I had a great experience at Family Smiles Dental Care. I have been a patient for more than 5 years. The staff is very friendly and they were timely with my appointment. I had my annual checkup and teeth cleaned.

Dr Jung Lee is amazing she’s been my dentist since 2016! She works here now and I’d follow her anywhere!!!

On my first visit to this office I found the facility clean and the front office staff very efficient and polite. The Xray tech was very competent and professional. Dr. Richard Sung found my problem quickly and referred me to an appropriate specialist. I am very pleased with all y dental care from this facility and will be returning. I recommend this office highly.

Got my teeth clean with Kayla, she was the best took her time made sure I was ok. She is very nice and professional. Hope to see her on my nxt appt.

My wife and myself got deep cleaning service, courtesy of Ms. Karla, was exceptional, professional and provided in an expedious manner. Would highly recommend her for all your dental needs.

I will say once the dental treatments finally started, the staff was very professional and great with handling the dental care. On the other hand the receptionist, this is another story. She needs more training as dealing with the public. Just real snappy with explaining of questions a patient have. I know as people we are going though things in life or have gone though. I will say to this , keep your personal business at home, don’t bring it to work to where it affect your handling of Customers Service to the public. As of everyone else, even the doctor was great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This review is regarding my teeth cleaning experience today on 12/20/22 at 1:30 pm at the sugar land office. The young male hygienist (sorry did not get his name) did a fantastic job to remove the stains on my teeth. He spent longer than normal and patiently finished the cleaning. After done it made a big difference on my teeth appearance. He also provided tip of minimizing the stains by finishing coffee in 30 mins rather than a few hours in my case as I would work and have the breakfast at the same time.

I appreciate his excellent work and will keep his advice in mind.

I can't say enough about the good service from the front desk staff and the entire office. Brian was skilled at
his job and really kind also. Thanks Brian for going the extra mile to have good music playing-it did keep me calm.Dr.Sung had his work cut out for him and he rose to the challenge. I would recommend!

Well first off, I’ve been coming here for Years!! My dental hygienist retired and I absolutely fell over heals for my current hygienist!! CARLA is the absolute best, I can’t believe she makes me feel so comfortable about going to the dentist again! I absolutely love her!!

I had an excellent experience with the staff at Family dental. I didn’t have to wait long upon my arrival and their process was communicated to me at all times. My bridge was resealed and I wasn’t charged. Keep up the good work!!!!

Dr Malik and her assistant did a wonderful job removing an old crown and replacing it with a temporary. The job was thorough, efficent,and gentle. I'm very scared of dental procedures, so both provided plenty of breaks, and kept working until the job was finished properly. The novacain worked well, and I was very pleased with the results. I felt no pain. This is my second crown with Dr. Malik and the end result gets an A+.

Frankly speaking, I have never had such a tenderly thorough cleaning such as Dorothy provided me today. I understand she is a temporary but I am willing to do anything for her to become permanent here at the Sugar land location. Thank you so much Dorothy! My sincere gratitude holds no bounds with you! I was really happy about my cleaning today at Family Smiles. Kellie was great! Made me feel really comfortable and felt cared for. I got out of there feeling better about my dental health. Dentist Samia was great as well. Made great follow up recommendations and was very knowledgeable. It was a great experience...made me smile 😊

Reception staff, hygienist, and new doctor were all very prompt, friendly and professional. My appointment was at 7:30. I was in the hygienist's chair at 7:37. I have gone to this location (under different names) for at least 10 years. I'm a customer for life! I HIGHLY recommend.

The front desk personnel are pleasant and efficient. Carla the hygienist did an excellent 5-star cleaning. Dr. Malik is knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

I needed a permanent tooth extraction. Everything went well and Dr. Sandhu was very good about taking the time to explain what she was doing each step of the way.

Also I used the online appointment maker and I was contacted by email before the office opened Monday morning. I was offered an 11:30 appointment. Everything worked out well!

My appointment couldn't have been better. I was treated with care from the time I entered until the time I left. The M&M's (Mandy & Missy) were awesome, so helpful and funny, they took care of all my needs and were very professional. The Dr was professional and did an awesome job as well.

Best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Place was very clean and I felt very comfortable. Also didn’t have to wait long at all. In and out on my lunch break. Definitely found my new family dentist.
