These guys are THE BEST. I have a very visceral real fear of dentists - just stepping into the office has an instant horrible reaction in my mind and my gut. But these guys are so warm and low-key that they calm me right down. Dr. Jennings is the kindest medical professional I have ever had work on me. He has been known to pat my shoulder while his assistant held my hand, constantly reassuring me as he explained what he was doing. I’ve had lots of dental work. And much more to come. But I trust his professional judgement on the treatments to come. And I trust his careful work on me as well. You won’t find a finer dental crew anywhere. Even the office staff knows what they are doing. They understand all the procedures. And if you’re in trouble, they get you in ASAP. I will never go to another dentist. Family Dental is all I need.

I would encourage anyone to choose Tyler Family Dental. The office staff was extremely professional; the hygienist communicated what he was doing all throughout the process; the dentist was knowledgeable and told me my treatment in detail; and the office was clean and well run. I cannot imagine another place where I would trust my dental care.

Dental work is not favorite!! Tyler Family Dental makes the process so much easier to deal with. Dr. Jennings is very gentle and thorough. He is very understanding. All the staff is amazing and courteous, from the ladies at the front desk making appointments and verifying insurance, Danny is professional, the assistants are so sweet. The reminders sent are so helpful and follow up is greatly appreciated. So glad to have moved my family to Tyler Family Dental for our dental needs. I would highly recommend Tyler Family Dental to anyone. I cannot say enough good about the services and care we have received.

I went to my first appointment this past Wednesday. The whole process was the absolute best. They sent me a txt message the day before my appointment to not only confirm my appointment but also to send me the paperwork that I needed to sign. So basically when I got to the dentist, I was legit able to step back and be seen right away! Dr Brian is absolutely the best. The gentleman that cleaned my teeth, I believe his name is Andy, anyway he was absolutely great and makes me feel completely atveas as did Dr Brian and all of is wonderful staff! Miss Kimberly the lady at the front desk was so helpful with my questions and calls

Danny is excellent and very professional. Tyler Family Dental is very family friendly and we love getting our services from them. They always take the time to explain things clearly to you. The totally renovated, Farm House themed office complex is warm and inviting. Staff is knowledgeable & are empathetic to the patient’s apprehensions & anticipations of the impending procedure. Doc Jennings was born to be a dentist. The oral hygiene staff are second to none. And, the dental clinic accepts our dental insurance plan. My husband had 19 teeth pulled to get dentures and we are very happy with all the staff and how we were treated. The Dentist was very personal as if we were family which made us more comfortable. Rarely will my husband say he likes a doctor but this time he was impressed. Went back the 2nd day and they took their time explaining the process of what to expect in the coming months . This was literally the best dental office I've ever had.
They made me so happy that they did not make me Wait a long time and then answer all questions. I literally told my family and friends about it. The doctors were so nice and understanding The situation. The Secretaries help me out every moment. I enjoyed my Experience here at this dental office so much i'm bragging to everyone About them. I've lived Here in tyler texas my whole life this and i have never experienced the quick Kind as this dental experience in my life. I am one hundred percent grateful

Honestly best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist and I do NOT like going to the dentist. Used to scare me. Now I don’t mind. Now I know what it’s like to be actually heard and taken care of the right way.

The dentist office staff is so passionate about their customers. The Dr that was filling in today for Dr Jennings took the time to explain to me all the choices I had and I was very pleased with him. Hope to be back!

Place was nice and clean, RDA explained everything every step of the process, I wasn’t down for a cleaning but they squeezed me in and the dental hygienist was amazing he explained every step, went over every tooth at least twice to ensure he got everything! Needless to say I was very happy 😊

Went in to have a wisdom tooth distraction.didnt fill hardly any pain .the dentist Dr. was smooth I was in and out in no time.didnt have any problems.the nurse was friendly and nice.ill give them a 5 star.thanks family Dental thumbs up 👍.

Might not look like a fancy office. But don't let that fool ya. 1st dentist i ever wanted to hug after my visit.... Great job on my teeth. And Lord knows I could have taken care of them better. But the best part. Great STAFF. Great DENTIST. Very KIND. Very CARING. And I WILL tell everyone to get teeth work done here.
