First Primary Care - Spring Branch

My experience with Primary Healthcare has been a great experience.
The Doctors and staff have all taken their time to discuss and explain reason of visit.
They have also explained results and provided a clear path for any medical improvement.

They answer questions and have followed up with any questions thought of after I left the clinic.

This was my second visit since starting the program in February and everyone is so professional, knowledgeable, and truly seems to be looking out for the patient’s best interest. The doctors take their time with you. They ask about all of the things that impact your health, sleep, healthy weight and how to safely lose if needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with this practice. Oh, and the waiting room is super cute. 😍

Amazing and quick! I love efficiency, especially when my little boy is not feeling well! I messaged my dr, told him the symptoms, I was told we needed a strep and Covid test. Went in, got vitals and tests. Expecting results via the messaging app in 15-20 min. Then, based on results we will make a treatment plan. Since this is my third child, this is a great solution for me.

Dr Wertz and het nurse D are simply the best! It is always a joy to talk with, and interact with the staff at First Primary Care. I truly believe that this is the future of medicine, for the simple fact that you should not have to visit a doctor's office in order for you to communicate and have a relationship with your doctor. First Primary Care cultivates the doctor patient relationship through the effcective use of technology. And when you do go in, you are never rushed. They sit and talk with you until you basically have nothing else to say. This is how frontline medicine should be delivered.

What a great and comfortable experience it was during my visit with First Primary Care! The front desk nurses Dee who gave me a warm greeting and got all of my info together and up to date in the system, and Ky who had a great attitude and prepped me to see Dr Peter D, (my guy) who also was fantastic!! Dr. He was great. Took great care of my daughter for her ingrown toenail. Love that there was no charge. It was part of our plan.

Very responsive, friendly and excellent care. My physician is caring, patient and compassionate while providing great care. Kylah, one of the nurses, is always really nice and terrific to work with.

Thank you for always taking great care of me. Typically I avoid the doctor and let a cold or
Virus run its course. But after a day of being miserable, I went against my norm. It hit me that I have a great doctor and why don’t I actually reach out to her. So I text Dr. Wertz. Got me in within an hour. Dee was very sweet and caring when she took my vitals and made sure I was comfortable until Dr. Wertz came in. Thankful that it wasn’t anything serious and just a flu-like illness. But Dr. Wertz still made sure she took the time to talk to me and listen…as always. So happy to be a part of this great practice.
